“Easy to purchase the policy and quickly received the documents. As yet I haven't had to call them out but I am hoping if I do it will be just as efficient.”

“Last year I had to call out Emergency Assist Ltd. I had to wait 2hrs for breakdown vehicle which then had its own problems, the lifting gear would not work. I then had to wait another two hrs for a second vehicle who did get my car to local garage for repairs. Driver even offered to take me home but a friend came by and gave me a lift.”

“It was easy to renew my policy over the phone. Luckily I haven't had to call them out over the past year but I'd prefer it if my documents were sent out in the post instead of sent in an email to download.”

“Call out very straight forward, helpful in the phone, took just slightly over an hour to arrive. Very nice friendly breakdown assistants, was great that they New the area, as for someone who didn’t would have struggled to find me, where I was tucked away.”

“I purchased this for both my daughters as a gift 1 has used your service had trouble getting thru but did in the end and once she got thru fantastic she had a recovery truck to her within 30 mins and he was very helpful my other daughter had trouble activating it for some reason we contacted groupon who sent me a different link and we eventually got it sorted by using my email although it was gifted to her at her email but still brilliant love it highly recommend you service and great value aswell”

“Absolutely shocking service. My policy was automatically renewed when I 100% never gave continuous authority. Customer services kept hanging up the phone and did not want to help. Payment has been taken from my card. I will be taking this further.”
