It was only a phone enquiry, not a breakdown. I waited a very long time for somone to answer, eventually when she did, I was cut off after about 10 minutes. I rang back and again I waited ages for her to answer, it was the same woman. She did sort part of my enquiry out, but then gave me an alternative password to use, because I'd lost my previous password, and lo and behold it didn't work when I tried to log in, so i was so frustrated I just left it.
