“The chap on the switchboard was abrupt to myself and my daughter ( she had broken down), but the rescue came out within about an hour, from a local company we know, and he couldn't have been kinder. The car was unfixable at the roadside so it was taken to the garage and my daughter delivered safely home. So would have been 5 stars if the chap had been friendly at the service place. Also on the eplus side, it was only £24 with Wowcher so extremely good value.”

“Well my Adam is only 14 months old, so luckily hasn't had any problems. But i have bought Emergency Assist for 3yrs now, as i had it on my 10yr old corsa before. I have the best policy for my car IF i need to use it. Great price.”

“Emergency Assist offer a much better package than the company we used before. I took advantage of a special offer through Wowcher and have just renewed my subscription for another year. I had occasion to call E A to use their services on one occasion and we received a very good, prompt and efficient service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them”

“I had to scrap the vehicle that I had registered with you for breakdown after less than 2 months coverage. I was disappointed that I could not get any refund or transfer the cover to my new car.”
