“They haven't yet made me happy. Weird how they request reviews when I've not actually had to use your service yet, despite being a policy owner. If I ever need to use the policy, I'll post an actual review of the services when I've used them and not beforehand to make your metrics look better to potential new customers.”

“THANKS UNABLE TO COMMENT AT MOMENT ON SERVICE BREAKDOWN , BUT CONNECTING TO INTERNET TOO PURCHASE THIS WILL COMMENT AT A LATER DATE PRICE WAS GOOD OTHER BITS OF FEEDBACK GOOD THE AGE OF MY CAR WASAND IS STARTING TO BE A PROBLEM THIS WAS TAKEN OUT AS A PRECAUTION MY CAR BEING 16 YEAR OLD MY CURRENT INSURANCE COMPANY WOULD NOT COVER ME”

“I haven't had to use the service yet so can't comment on that, but I am very impressed with the value for money. After paying over £100 a year for my previous cover. It was easy to set up and you have the opportunity at the end to add extras if you wish.”

“I have been with Emergency Assist a number of years but never had to use the breakdown service so cannot comment on it only that I have peace of mind knowing that I have had cover at a very reasonable price”

“I emailed over my change of address and had a reply it was done. When my renewal came up 1 month later, I had an email saying the bank had rejected them taking the money and I had to call a number. I struggle to speak on the phone, hence me happy to renew with no phone talking so I emailed and asked if the address change had been done as I had the money in the account. Then someone tried to call me. I didn't ask someone to call. Then someone emailed me and ignored the question about my address and told me to call. Again I said I can't call and will you check the address. Eureka, they checked the address and the change had not been done. Some people don't cope well with stress and all of the above triggered stress. Not great. Even when I forwarded the email saying one of the team had done the change a month ago, there was no response, no apology. Not great”

“I have never had to use your breakdown assistance but my brother has a policy with you and needed assistance and the recovery truck was there within 30 minutes excellent service and good value for money”

“AS WITH COMMENTS FROM A PREVIOUS CLIENT I HAVE HAD DIFFICULTY IN RETRIEVING THE COST OF MY TOW FOLLOWING A SKID INTO A DITCH. I WAS CHARGED £300 BUT TOLD THEY EXPECTED THE FEE TO BE AROUND £69 WHICH I HAD NO CONTROL DUE TO NO PHONE SIGNAL AND THE RECOVERY MADE BY THE LOCAL CONSTABULARY ! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO CONTACT BEEN FORTH COMING ! I HAVE ISSUED LITIGATION FOR THE MONEY I PAID !”
