“Since joining you iv never received any paper work or a card to have in my purse with your phone number on or membership number so If I broke down I'd hav to call directory to get hold of you”

“As I have only used this once, for my service last August, I cannot give an accurate overall rating or much of a feedback! For the same reason, I also cannot submit this survey without rating above it has to be "normal".”

“I was some way down the motorway when I could hardly brake my vehicle, so stopped & phoned them. I mentioned it couldn't have been the brakes at fault because the car had not long passed the mot and the brakes were cleaned. They refused to send somebody out, despite the fact I told them I had my daughter and 9 year old granddaughter in the car. I took my car to the garage, who confirmed that the brakes were ok, & if it happened again, then it was most likely the cylinder head. I dare not risk this again, so dare not drive the car down the motorway (short journeys seem ok so it appears to happen when the car has been running a while). I would have to get the garage to strip the car to see if it is the cylinder head and I can't afford to do that, though I guess if I did, your company would have to pay for it because it would not have been the brakes? I certainly won't renew with this company again. They were actually rude to me & said if I wanted the car recovered (I was scared to carry on driving), they would have to charge. I had to risk my onward journey - luckily I was near the junction I wanted to get off at & the brakes were ok on the shorter onward journey, but the same thing happened on the way home, as soon as I came off the motorway. I was travelling from Junction 11 to Jct 6. So, no, it was not the brakes at fault & 3 people's lives could have been at risk as I had no choice but to drive the car or pay a fortune for another recovery service.”

“i am sorry to disappoint, as i have had no cause or reason to make use of the policy i paid for i have no experiences of the response,help,service i received. A break down policy can only be judged surely when you have broken down and called on the services you hope are standing by to assist you. lets be honest, you could turn up if you felt like it, do nothing,wave goodbye, what recousre would the policy holder have?? hes still broken down and in trouble!! and that could be in another country. surely the only people you need to be canvasing regards reviews are those that have reason to comment. mr ramshaw. Very attentive and customer motivated company.”

“Beware. Your cover is suspended if they help you with a battery fault untill you provide them with proof of a new battery of a full assessment. When I had a second fault they did not help. With so many options think carefully before choosing this one”
