“Got a message whilst away on holiday to say that you had been unable to take payment for my renewal. When I got home I realized that this was probably because I lost my debit card last year and it has been replaced with a new number. Phoned to sort this out. Person I spoke to was very clear (I am hard of hearing) and quickly processed the renewal using my new card over the phone.”

“Received an email with an attachment that said I'd cancelled the policy I have never cancelled the policy when I emailed you to tell you about the cancellation letter I never received a reply. My first renewal letter did not include my car details which you amended when I emailed them to you but I also received the policy cancellation letter too.It would of been nice to receive an apology for your mistake”

“Have had to call out several times. From minor problems to major. They have been more than helpful and always professional. This is my second year and can honestly say they are as good as the major recover services if not better!”

“We have used this service for a puncture once, the only criticism I would have is if the vehicle some how starts or repairs it self you have to pay if you cancel the call out, surely it makes sense if you no longer need there service they can move on to the next breakdown?”

“There was a slight problem with my details but thanks to the very nice lady on the phone it was sorted out in an instant.I have been with Emergency Assist for 3 years now and have been very pleased with th service”

“Trying to get through to your all centre is painful. Going from hold music to it ringing for ages then back onto gold music and back to it constantly ringing was nearly enough for me not to bother renewing the policy and looking elsewhere. Each time it started ringing I thought I was being through to someone. This went on for over 25 mins.”

“It was very easy and straightforward from paying the Groupon offer to receiving the confirmation email from Emergency Assist. The offer attracted me more than others as it includes Home Start and any problems with tyres.”
