Don’t get me wrong, the service was brilliant, got my products really quickly, and I was really impressed with their service. But I bought my BO product in July and was very pleased with it unti I got home one Afternoon, plugged it in to charge it and then it just stopped working. When I sent a email explaining this I was told that the main battery had gone (apparently after 2 months this can happen) and because I was out of the 60 days warrenty there was nothing they could do.. so after being a valued customer for nearly 4 months, buying 5 boxes of refills nearly every 3 weeks and just bought another charger for it. I have now taken my business elsewhere...very disappointed in their after care service.

Hi Lisa. I completely understand your point of view and I'm sorry to hear you won't be shopping with us. Unfortunately, we are unable to return any faulty kits back to the manufacturer after 60 days as they are out of warranty. The items I ordered were out of stock. There was a problem with the computer?? I re-ordered something else, and they were out of stock too. So I have not really ordered something and been successful.

First order placed for maiden tobacco, received Menthol. I appreciate mistakes are made and was impressed with the way it was rectified. I'll shop again.

delivery was very fast and free as my purchase was ove 10 pounds. Website needs some work as it has some dead links though. and products deliverd were not same strength as stated on ordering.

The order arrived on time. Very good service. One of the 6 liquids was wrong but decided to keep it. The main problem is that only 1 out of 6 liquids matched the description so if you buy to try don't count on the website descriptions. This is my experience. I will buy liquids again only if it's something i already tried.

The delivery of the product was on time. However, the names mentioned in Delivery address and the billing address was mixed. The name mentioned in the billing address was Saurabh Joshi and in the delivery address was Ravi Ranjan. Apparently, on the delivery package the name mentioned was Ravi Joshi some how. This could have caused a delayed or no delivery.

I paid for next day delivery, however parcel arrived as standard delivery 2 days later. Product itself is very good.

placed several orders but the big one I have just done hasn't come next day. they would of got 5* but now only 3 as I have run out of juice expecting my delivery to turn up.

Speedy delivery which is always a good a thing and i couldn't actually fault them with there service to there customers. The only thing that I would say they could improve on is using a tracked delivery service which customers shouldn't have to pay for Keep the good work up :)

normally my hubby loves the Gamuci Brand but the new batch has gone to taste harsh when he smokes it, Please, Please can you go back to your old recipe which was a good one and not harsh on the throat

Due to the new TPD laws Gamucci has changed their flavourings to comply and sadly this has changed the flavour. I ordered a new Kangertech Togo Mini 2, which apparently came with a free sub-ohm juice. I added the juice to my cart, but the discount was never taken off. In the end, I removed the juice and just bought the one I wanted in a different brand instead. Other than that, very quick delivery and competitive prices!
