1st few deliveries are received quickly.. but from then on you'll be waiting 7/8days , I've received items from usa in 5 days yet these can't send a package 25miles in less than 7 .

Unfortunately, we are unable to control the delivery speed of orders once they leave our warehouse as this is handled by Royal Mail. I was very pleased with the service however the product doesn’t keep charge. Not sure if I got a faulty item. Did send an email with my concerns but not had any response ☹️

If you know what you're looking for, the company and website are GREAT! The service is fast and efficient with speedy deliveries. However......there is no Beginner's Guide to vaping. As a newbie myself, I'd find guides and a breakdown of terminology really useful. I haven't expanded my search, just bought vape fluid because it was cheaper than the shop I bought it from. If I knew more about 'salt' and PG/VG I might buy more....if I had an electronics qualification, I might also understand about the various vape kits too! Come on guys, give us beginners a break!!

Hi I have been using this site for well over a year and have been highly satisfied.Great delivery and fantastic price ,however I have came on to order as usual and have noticed a £2 rise in each pack which i find a bit much ...I understand everything is going up on the daily but just feel a £2 hike a bit much especially when ordering 4 pack at a time 🙃

excellent products and prices. Next day free delivery if you spend £10 or over which is very generous as most other retailers have a min spend of about £30 to qualify for free delivery.Excellent service as always,well done keep it up !

Hi Margaret, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I can see from the tracking there was a one day delay when DPD was processing your parcel and your order is now out for delivery. We're very sorry about this and have refunded the £4.99 postage back to your original payment means. Please note it may take up to 72 working hours for the funds to appear. I enjoyed the product and it arrived quickly. However, there was only one cartridge and when I tried to order more they were out of stock; I tried again and still out of stock.

Thank you so much. It is so easy to place an order, even for computer illiterate persons like my self. Prompt delivery. I have had no issues at all, therefore have not needed to call them for any reason nor make a complaint. As the saying goes Don't fix that which is not broken. Always found 5* in the past, but finding I am unable to get British Gold as out of stock at present - have ordered from another seller today, so likely I shall continue to buy from others in the future. Should guarantee, when they start to go slightly low, they make sure they restock. Due to this problem they have dropped 2 stars in my opinion.

I can confirm that VIP British Gold e-liquid is on order and estimated to be in stock today. When stock is low we re-order and aim to replace it as quickly as possible. Disappointed that you process an order when you are out of stock on that product and need the customer to inform you of lack of delivery. On the plus side you re funded the payment promptly.

You then contacted us as you hadn't received your order. As we were unable to re-dispatch your order due to the coils being out of stock we refunded your order and also to apologise for this we credited your account with an additional £5. The battery and refils do not last long, forever charging battery. Found another supplier whose refils and batteries last much longer. Would not recommend them. Mrs Baker

The mobile version of the website is a bit hard to use because even with filters applied, the products that show aren't aligned to the filters selected. That said, the delivery is relatively quick and the flavours are good.

Good range of products, website was eto function and the articles written were useful. However, my first delivery took more than 10 days (beyond expected time even during lockdown) and I queried this and didn't receive a response. My second delivery service response was better when needing to change my order before dispatch. Overall, these two contrasting experiences make it difficult to conclude on the service and delivery but the range of products and website functionality is sufficient. I didn't like the fact that the cheapest option was not tracked either.

Our Standard post orders are usually delivered within a few working days but once parcels leave our warehouse, we are unable to control the speed at which it arrives to you. If an order isn't received within 7 working days we recommend contacting us. I've checked our system and we don't appear to have received any communication regarding this order.
