“Excellent service from start to finish. The website is so easy to use, the customer service is fantastic and exactly what any customer needs. In fact, I am just about to place my second order now as we speak!”
Hi Simon, thanks for the video review. So pleased to hear you were very happy with our service and will be placing your second order. Have a nice day. Best Regards - Amy - ET Team
“Great website . Easy to use . Very good choice of products . This is my first time using ET tobacconist. But it most definitely will not be my last . Excellent service .”
“Used this company for a long time now and they've never let me down. I bulk order and it's always bang on accurate, no mistakes and post is super quick. Order one day, arrives the next. Couldn't be happier with the service.”
“I have shopped with this company for quite a few years and their service is excellent. The website is easy to navigate with good informative information on products. Great service with update emails and tracking. Standout service in despatching orders in ultrafast time. I would not think of going anywhere else.”
