“Good delivery service. I put the chicken coop together myself, with no problems at all. Everything was in the boxes and the instructions very clear. Even the predrilled holes were in the right places. Looks good and sturdy. Just need to get some hens now.”

“The order was placed online and I received a phone call within half an hour to confirm delivery. The coop was then delivered the following day using the 1-2 day service. It was of excellent quality and went together very easily with everything in place and no parts missing. I am happy to recommend.”

“Super fast delivery, requested 1-2 day delivery and in less than 5 mins after ordering I received a call to arrange next day drop off Excellent! The coop is well made and easy to put together easy to do daily clean outs, I have six hens all happily nesting in the boxes and settling down for the night without any problem or stresses, so they are happy too! Over all a Super buy at an Excellent price. :)”

“On the whole I am pleased with my "Eggshell" chicken coop. There were some adjustments to be made - the door to close the coop does not work very welll - does not slide into place easily and the screws to hold the metal handle did not appear strong enough and the handle fell off. My two Bluebell chickens seem very happy with their new home . Jean Barthorpe”

“I always hesitate when buying on line, but I had nothing to worry about with this site, not only did they ring to confirm my order, but also they confirmed delivery service on a day that suited me and times that were very reasonable. So with that in mind, now for the actual item(s), well it was delivered as I said at a time that suited, in large sealed, well packed secure boxes. ( being that I ordered 2 hutches and 2 runs, there were a few boxes) They are made from good treated wood, the frames were not flimsy at all, and all was marked so made assembling it very easy. ( usually hate Flat pack) It took a few hours to put both together, but if you only have one I would say, with 2 of you an hour would be fine. There were extra screws just in case you lost any ( which we did, in the grass...doh) Our chickens love their new home and settled in very fast, even out duck thinks he is now in heaven. I would highly recommend these hutches/runs as they not only are great value for money ( we did our compared search in great detail, right down to postage) but a great service from this online company. I will certainly be buying from them again as and when we need an upgrade.”

“I recently bought a "Windsor on wheels" hen house with extension. My ex bat hens haven't arrived yet so I can only write of my own experience. Very pleased generally. Well packed, well identified nuts and bolts etc. The description and diagram could have been a bit clearer but having said that we managed it apart from 1 piece of wood left and we're not sure where that should go. The other thing is the clips that keep the extension attached to the main run fit ok when attaching but as soon as you move it all, the ground is obviously uneven and they won't lock so I'm going to look for bolts that might be a bit more flexible. We didn't feel you could put the handle at the end of the extension as it is much to heavy and awkward to move and would probably damage a part of it so we attached the handle to the open end of the main run (which does fit in side frame) so basically move the house/run first and then attach extension each time. I think this won't take a minute to do. The house drags a bit unless you lift it quite high on the wheels so I hope the girls will have a good grip! Maybe it was made for a perfect lawn but I don't have one and I imagine it will only get worse once the girls have scratched it up. Unless you are letting the hens out of the run everyday for a few hours (we have lots of foxes in our area, day and night) I think you definitely need an extension and would definitely not keep 8 hens. I'm only rescuing 5 and the hen welfare thought this would be ok.”

“The chicken coup arrived promptly as promised, unfortunately the package had been damaged and three parts had to be replaced. We sent email photos of the damaged parts and they arrived the next day. Assembly was easy, plans could have been clearer, the only real problem was the locating holes for the handles on one end was in the wrong place and needed re drilling. The perches keep falling out due to the supports not being deep enough. Despite the problems we are pleased with our purchase and service.”
