“I have over a twelve month period purchased four coops. I have found that their response to queries are quick and supportive. The design and build quality of their products are excellent. I appreciate that external t&g boarding is thicker than most other manufacturers. External finishes are of good quality. The only comment here is that customer applied varnish does tend to peal off. Any recommendation Eggshell? Fixings are of good quality and sufficient size, and packed in separate bags clearly identified by letter code. Always extra screws for fumbly fingers. Products packed robust packaging and bindings. Never any damage during transportation. If I had any criticism it is that company needs to review assembly instruction sheets. They could be a lot clearer. All in all a good product reasonably priced. Highly recommended product and company.”

“The chicken coup is good value for money. The instructions were a bit difficult to follow at times. The quality of the product is good although the handle split when attaching it to the run. The screws keep on coming out when opening the lid, so we replaced them with bigger ones than the ones supplied. The lid could also do with a locking system. Overall though we are pleased with the product. It is easy to clean and move about. Even though we did purchase the extension, we are going to attach a bigger run for our hens as they are used to more roaming space.”

“The instructions for assembling the chicken house and run could be clearer but it goes together well. Unfortunately it does leak during heavy rain. I only have two chickens living in it and in my opinion there is definitely not room for any more.”

“the ordering and delivery service was very good the product design is good and it looks good as well i was disapointed by the quality of the wood the screws will easily come off in places to the point that i had to re-enforce it in places it now seem sturdy”

“Eggscellent product. Came flat packed which took me by surprise, but I didn't mind this as it made for a nice summer holiday afternoon project for me and my boys. Went together no problem, and it came complete with 1 spare of every nut bolt and screw fitting, which is a really thoughtful additional touch. My only concern with my Mayfair chicken house is there seems to be a gap of a few mm's between the edge of the main door to the roosting area and the frame. Not had chickens before and I'm not sure whether this is something that could be exploited by a wily fox.. I'm going to err on the side of caution and run a small baton of wood on the edge of the door to bridge the gap. Other than that I'm extremely happy and looking forward to getting our chucks tomorrow”

“I ordered the Stable coop along with 2 additional apex runs for my 6 rabbits. Only downside was an oversight on my behalf, both runs are identical, would have been easier to access having left and right runs with front openings. Delivery was as promised and the product of a good standard - even though my rabbits love the wood!!!.”

“Ordered on a Sunday afternoon and it arrived first thing Tuesday morning which was excellent.Took my time assembling it and very pleased with the Buckingham hen house/run.Had to wear my spectacles to work out the diagrams for assembly and best to study it for a few minutes before you start.”

“Ordering was very quick and expected delivery extremely prompt. However, your courier company let things down as the expected delivery date was not met. This proved very frustrating, as it was nearly two days waiting in for the courier to arrive and several irate phone calls to the courier company who didn't appear that bothered. Also when I spoke to eggshell, the person I spoke to said that the couriers were always causing their customers problems, so I asked why this company was used then ! Once the goods had arrived we unpacked the boxes and everything was in perfect condition and very we'll packaged for transportation. Hope this feedback proves useful.”

“Eggshell called day after we placed the order with a delivery date. Much appreciated. The instructions were fairly easy to follow but some close up shots would be well received by future buyers. The chooks are happy in their new home and we've added some extra bolts on both doors for extra security. Fingers crossed the foxes stay well clear!”

“We recently bought a Gertrude Hen House and we were very pleased with it but then though about going on holiday. We have neighbours who will clean them out (very easy now with the slide out tray) and collect the eggs as payment but weren't willing to get up at 5 o'clock to let them out!! Ordered the Door Opener and it arrived within thirty six hours. The door can't weigh more than 1Kg but our weighed in at half of that. I did take the door off and sand it down a bit and make sure it slid OK and set the Opener up which was very well explained even to a Hard of Thinking person like me!! Set it up on sensor to open and time to close and it's worked a treat and the girls get out at first light. Very, very pleased with the investment. Gotta ave appy ens!”

“Purchased The Granary house and run for my 3 girls, this arrived the next day minus the run which was promptly delivered the next morning as promised, The house and run were easy to assemble and very sturdy my only criticism would be the ramp fell apart the 1st time it was used but different screws seem to have rectified this matter. Delivery charge seemed a little excessive but all in all an excellent house.”
