“good delivery (2 days), was simple enough to put together however nest box doesn't fit quite right as its slightly too big and is unsupported underneath, also some screws missing in action. The perches could do with being screwed in place rather than just slotting in loosely and the doors on opposite side to the nest box need a piece of wood (stop) fitting to prevent them from being pushed in on opening which could lead to the hinges being damaged. These are only small niggles and for the price feel the coop scores 4 out of 5”

“Great chicken coop which arrived very promptly and was easy to put together. It is easy to move with the wheels and the added handles and the tray is great for cleaning. All that's left for us do do is get the chickens to put in it but I'm sure they will enjoy roosting in it.”

“Shame that the next day delivery did not happen as paid for, but after a few phone calls it was agreed to be delivered by noon the following day, Coop is well designed and went together really easy, my three ladies are enjoying it no end in their penthouse.”

“Would have been 'Very Good' if it hadn't been for disappointing delivery. Waited in all day on the expected delivery date and the coop did not arrive. Rang Eggshell next morning who looked into it and informed me that the delivery company had delivered it to a neighbour over half a mile away ( they had not been to my address at all). I then had to make alternate arrangements to collect it, at a delivery charge of £19 + I thought it should have been delivered to my home which is not difficult to find or access. The Coop itself is very good and put together by myself and a female friend in just over an hour ! All I need now is the girls to put in it.”

“I would definitely recommend this company. I ordered a chicken house, it arrived two days later after a phone call to let me know when. I assembled it easily with my husband, all the pieces were there (except a couple of screws), and the apex was a little bent, but it looks great and I'm so glad I didn't go for a garden shed, same price but not great for my chickens!”

“The coop arrived within 2 days and was well packaged. The construction took twice as long as predicted on the phone, (45 mins), two accessory packages were unlabelled and the instructions were not entirely clear. The 4 rescue hens seem happy and are already laying, but the space would be far too cramped for "5-8" as advertised. The roof of the coop needs a proper catch, as the foxes here would be quite capable of opening it.”

“I purchased two chiken houses (The Stables) and couldn't be happier with either the reasonable price or the quality product. Easy website to navigate, prompt order confirmation by email (tracker service too) and a telephone call the next day to arrange delivery the following day. They didn't take long to errect although one of the metal door closures has a tiny bolt missing (husband said he can repair this). All done in time for new hens. Have had to build a barricade though - older girlls are not happy about the newbies. Chickens now total 14 - a mixture of pure breed, rare breed, bantums and hybrids. Thank you eggshell”

“I was very impressed with my experience of eggshell. I called twice with questions and they were very helpful, so matter how silly the questions. Ordering was easy and delivery prompt for a reasonable price I thought. E product was fairly easy to put together, although it was definitely easier with two people. My only suggestions would be to put a second local on the tall door into the run area as it's a tall door and didn't feel so secure with just one lock so we added another one. Also would have liked one Oxford the main roof, but a few bricks solved that one. It is a great coup/ hutch, we got it for a rabbit and he loves it, we also go the wheels so we can wheel it around to clean and allow the rabbit to graze on the grass. Like nice, feels strong and secure and the rabbit is happy. Cannot ask for more. Thanks.”

“I purchased the Windsor xl coop for my two rabbits. It was easy to assemble, it didn't take my husband long even with a hangover lol. My rabbits have been in it two days now they seem happy and very settled in there new home. My only criticism is NO RAINCOVER. I live in Scotland and really need a rain/wind cover.”
