“The house arrived quickly, is pretty solid, and wasn't too hard to assemble, though the components could be labelled better. The issue with this house is that if you attach the run as you are supposed to you cant get your hand in to shut the 'bedroom' door (any self respecting weasel or stoat can get in the run so the door needs shut where I live). When building the house you put two handles on either side which make it easy to move, but then you have to take two off from the side that you want the run to but up against, this makes it much harder to move the house part. It would be great if there was a hatch in the roof of the run to get your hand in to open and close the bedroom door, and if the run could be taken on and off easily for moving it around.”

“Still not received the bird house! It was ordered on 25th a Friday, despatched on 28th Monday, and it's been sat in the depot since 30th. The courier says they still haven't received the items. I've contacted Eggshell 3 times for updates. I've been asked to review twice now, well if it ever arrives maybe I could!!!”

“Bought the 6ft Rabbit Hutch - The build quality and sturdiness of the item is questionable. The wood seems cheap and certain items had been damaged during manufacturing. The wood was also riddled with knot's which caused the wood to split when installing the screws. Would highly recommend not buying anything from this company.”

“Cheap quality products, cost not very cheap, would expect better that it is. Painting done not good, just one coat of paint very poor. I wouldn't recommend, would send it back but not bothered as have no time as working. Better buy fro Pets at Home cost cheaper and better quality ,wish I could do it then.”

“The coop I ordered was out of stock but I was contacted straight away and provided and alternative that would still be shipped and delivered by the same time which was great. Coop is fab - very sturdy and easy to put together.”

“Our hen house arrived very quickly, we found it quite easy to construct and the hens settled in very happily with no interruption in laying. We only look after hens when my daughter is on holiday so it was dismantled and stored for a while but the back up from Eggshell when we lost the construction instructions was excellent.”

“Our order of a 5ft Rabbit Hutch Cover arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the cover was too small. We contacted Eggshell re returns, no problem, so far, too soon to receive a refund. We have now received our 6ft cover and it fits perfectly.”
