“Arrived in good time, no complaints about service. The product however is a different story. The wood is flimsy, instructions are ridiculous and overall quality not great. This is not a chicken coop and run, it's a rabbit hutch. I have 4 hens and they would be cramped inside it. Save your money and buy something else the box was damaged and a piece of wood splintered.”

“Happy with delivery time. The instructions that came with the hutch were terrible and not easy to decipher. Once put together it is a decent hutch, fit for purpose those did seem flimsy when putting together. The cover is well worth getting as offers some protection to the soft wood from the rain. Guinea pigs seem happy enough with more space and easy to clean.”

“The hutch was nicely made but size very disappointing looks alot bigger on picture was ment to be 6ft long an measured in at 5ft 6half my daughter was very disappointed”

“Rather poorly engineered chicken run which got blown over in a storm and fell apart because it's not really held together very well. It's taken me weeks to re-drill all the connection points and bolt them together securely so that we've now got a run that can be easily moved and holds together. I have to say that the after-sales service when we needed to re-order a damaged part was un-coordinated and a bit haphazard.”

“Delivery was quick. Coop is in OK condition, although one piece was not straight and needed rearranging. Automatic door opener worked for one day and then stopped. There is no return address or any form of delivery note. Customer services are useless and quite abrupt and rude via email. Chicken guard, who supplied the automatic opener were much more user friendly, rang to help find the problem and organised a new one to be delivered ASAP. Will never purchase from Eggshell again.”

“I bought an Eggshell coop a few years ago and the quality was excellent, that coop is still going strong with no problems. I was disappointed the quality of the wood and size of the coop has has changed being a little smaller and much flimsier wood. Some pieces were broken on arrival as so flimsy. One perch rung holder was not put on, its only a bit of plywood which my husband made up and put on and also replaced other broken bits but it was a careless mistake. The roof opening is an improvement and I'm sure my chickens will be happy in their new home. Sometimes you just have to put up the price a little rather than cut corners with quality.”

“Item arrived totally damaged, no reply to my e mail then I was asked to unpack the very large item before getting a collection and refund. Very unhappy with product and service and still not had refund or collection. I could barely get back in box so not prepared to unpack it all.”
