“Great set-up on the Windsor and extension. Snug, safe and secure. Its ideal for our hens. Can simply be moved to give fresh ground when needed. Great size too.”

“HOBBIT STYLE CHICKEN COOP OR RABBIT HUTCH While assembling this, the wood split as screw was being inserted. On closer inspection, it is clear that split was already there & someone has stapled it together. This fault is on the main part of the construction, so will, in time become a problem. The likely hood of it breaking completely considerably increased. The company did send replacement part twice, but both times sent the wrong ones, despite having photo's of the bit affected. 6 months on & this coop is falling apart. Bits have fallen off. The catches have been replaced & it swells in the rain so the doors are almost impossible to open. Very poor quality, I doubt it will last much longer.”

“Chicken coop arrived quickly and is of good quality. The instructions within the main coop package were a little confusing however, with some of the diagrams not always self explanatory. If you choose the portable option, be sure to fix the wheels to the coop at the earliest opportunity when half built, otherwise you will find some difficulty (as I did) in tightening the nuts to the wheels when these are inside the fully built coop and almost inaccessible. Overall, quite happy and should be a great home for the hens...…….”

“Great company to buy from however the hutch I ordered, Roger Rabbit one, is not made very well and is tiny. I knew the size before ordering, but because of the pull out trays that have a good 2 inches of wood all around them, they make the bases tiny. Wouldn’t recommend”

“Smokey XXL hutch. Hutch is big enough for our 2 rabbits, there is plenty of room, and is well made and was delivered on time. It was simple to assemble as the instructions were well written and all parts slotted together, only needed screws to hold them , so all that was needed was a screwdriver. It took about 70 minutes to assemble and the fact that the hinges and bolts were already fixed in place made it very easy and even the roofing felt was already attached. It came in 2 boxes well packed. A great product I'm glad we bought it, it also looks well and is very sturdy. The litter tray is well covered and slides in and out perfectly, unlike many other products I have seen mentioned. A great purchase well worth the money.”

“Great coop, which will actually be for my little girls running ducks, easy enough to put together. My only concern was one of the run pieces was split and when I tried to call just couldn’t get through. I would of normally of returned but we got our runners yesterday so not an option. Be interesting to see if Eggshell will give me a call to discuss (I have pictures). But overall a great coop and worth the additional costs compared with the cheap Chinese version.”

“The company themselves seem great, fabulous shipping times and good quality products. My concern with the rabbit hutch I ordered is that there is no fully boxed off area - the upstairs has a wire side which leaves my bun quite exposed to the weather. I've had to add some extra wood to keep him warm and sheltered”

“Nice sturdy construction fairly easy to put together only one problem the left hand edging of the nesting box was split due to over tightening of screw by the manufacturer but otherwise was ok. I have put good would have put very good if not for the previous comment regarding the screw. Thank you.”

“House Nelly air well made and run well made but some issues connecting two together. E,g. How do you open pop hole when connected? How do you clean when connected to run if got wheels on? I bought 2 runs with the idea of joining but can't open doors in run from outside.”
