“I have posted a review on each of the product pages for the three items I bought from Eggshell: the portable Betty house, the 2m extension run and the automatic door opener. None of these reviews are showing. Their pages still say "Be the first to review this product". Where have my reviews gone?!!”

“Every thing was great, comms, delivery time "next day in fact" product was better than expected.. the only slight issue was that when i put the handle on the run the wood block split as it was already splitting no big deal though not going whine over something so trivial.. my chickens are in already and giving us fresh eggs daily... I would have no issue and in fact already have recommended them to others as they've been asking where i got it and they're impressed...”

“in a word, brilliant! We bought the Nelly coop. run. and automatic door opener. Can't fault the service, arrived on time, and the coop is superb. To be honest I did have reservations about the quality, given that we only paid £159 for it, but to be fair its excellent, came with full instructions, fitted together perfectly, and even came with extra screws. We haven't had time to build the run or install the door opener yet, but I have no doubt the same will apply. Thank you so much, we are very happy customers, and I have no doubt we'll be back soon for more.”

“Ordered the Kingston coop with run, lots of these on the market but the higher grade mesh made me choose Eggshell (although mesh was black painted not plastic coated as described). Delivery was excellent and within a few days. Assembly was simple with clear instructions and although its soft-wood the design is solid. I'll be keeping 3 chickens in the coop with access to a larger area during the day. Great design can't wait to get some chickens into their new home.”

“a bit sneeped, produt a bit small wonce erected,otherwise product was well made, good construction, delivery very good all in all very satisfied-- will be ordering run extension in the next week or so----”

“The hen house is generally well built and delivery efficient. One criticism is that the latches that are supplied as an alternative to the permanent fastenings for the run addition, which allow the run attachment to be removed are really cheap and flimsy. These will not last 5 minutes. We have therefore used the permanent metal attachments until we replace with a more suitable alternative.”

“Despite a technical hiccup my order was delivered on time and the customer service was brilliant. The product was well packaged and very easy to put together. No bits missing and a fantastic end product. Thank you. Can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Kingston 7Ft. Cheap and poor quality. Not sure if it would survive a storm or angry fox but wire seems strong. Definitely will need varnish protection too. This is for 5-7 hens, I'll be lucky to squeeze in 3 big hens. Roost bars are lower than nesting boxes and I will have to raise. Instructions not very clear also sliding door upper runner had come off and we had to find extra screws. Delivery was prompt although cannot be am or pm and not Saturday - has to be signed for.”

“Questions asked by email answered promptly. Phone call to let me know order was dispatched was friendly and helpful. Good quality goods. Numbers of chickens suggested for each coop is definitely for smaller birds. Its a pity that company don't make larger coops as the product is well made and finished . To be recommended”

“Ordered product easily and did receive phone call to check delivery day which was good, however the item was not delivered on the agreed day! It was delivered a day late. The assembly of the chicken coup was easy enough apart from it was missing a set of screws that were required. Muddled through finding screws we already had at home. Our chickens do enjoy their new run and had both laid eggs within 20 minutes of moving in! Overall product is OK for the price.”

“Really pleased with the chicken coop, its a quality product and everything which was supposed to be included in the box; was present & correct. The instructions were a bit limited but its not taxing to work it out & its fun to put it all together, and the product arrived on the day confirmed. I assembled the coop yesterday, I personally would not have 6 - 8 chickens in this, and I also gave it a another coat of wood preserve for longevity, 4 full size chickens would be far more comfortable. Overall - good product and excellent value for money; no complaints.”

“Ordered on Saturday, delivered on Tuesday - excellent service. Two small niggles. The bottom piece of the nest box had been broken in transit, but glue and a couple of panel pins fixed it. Where the perches slot in, the slots on the nest box side were in the wrong place - looks as though the piece of wood had been put in the wrong way - easily fixed with a dremmel! Very impressed with the design, small touches like having a prop to hold the nest box open, and the handle to open the door show that a lot of thought has gone into it. Went together very quickly and was easier to assemble than most flat pack furniture! Would definitely recommend.”
