“Edwardes service good wth competitive prices compared with other suppliers. The CK RJ45 crimper purchased is far better quality than the cheap unbranded tool it replaced- the difference is a first time reliable crimp against frustrating time-consuming fault -finding. Unfortunately let down by the courier company who sent out confusing emails about delivery times wasting time all round. This might have been down to the actual driver concerned who was less than helpful. The goods did eventually arrive as planned.”

“Everything was excellent with the exception of the packaging. Ten glass fuses rattling about in a cardboard tube. Two types of 20mm fuses - needed magnifying glass to sort them. Sloppy attitude.”

“The items listed on the website had bad descriptions and images, otherwise faultless. Customer service was great, sent me out another order when there van broke down and it arrived within 20 minutes. Items were as described and expected, very sattisfied overall”

“Good website, good products, good prices. Lamps were very well packed and delivery service was top notch. I would give the fifth star if you offered a cheaper (and of course slower) delivery option. At present the blue-chip delivery charge adds a lot to the cost of a small order (ten lamps in my case). But would certainly buy from you again.”

“Very prompt posting, however the 2 longest of 4 fluorescent tubes ordered were broken on arrival despite very excessive packing, suggesting breaks were caused by the packer. Courteous response to damage report & prompt replacements sent & arrived intact. Packaging verging on ridiculous & very wasteful, another Internet company I've used previously used very rigid cardboard tubes - built for the job & far more efficient re staff time. Company were very helpful & keen to rectify issue therefore would return as a customer.”

“The ordering and delivery were perfect - the problem is the look of the LED bulbs is horrible compared to the old fashioned Opel 284 tubes. This new harsh white light makes our kitchen look like a hospital. They will be going in the bin! Are there any alternatives? Did I order the wrong ones? Best, ***”

“Overall a good supplier but finding items on the web site was not always as easy as some other sites. Received a part delivery but at no time was this communicated to me. Did not reply to 2 emails - one with product questions and other about missing item which turned out to be a 'to follow' item but help on the phone was good”
