“I have received the product and it is fine and works well in place thus far - thanks!. with this I am pleased. The couriers on the other hand, delivery was a bit involved of my time. I got notice to say that it had been rerouted to a depot for me to pick up. Fortunately I intercepted this text message in time and corrected it as I made no such request. when I called them they took an age to patch me through to the right department. I hung up and tried again and got through eventually. Also It could have been delivered faster ... but I guess it was the period between Christmas and New Year.”

“Hi, I received my delivery late, what I read in your delivery section that if order after 2pm it will be delivered next working day. And also I wasn't notify that there will be 2 separate delivery rather than all the items will be delivered at same time.. Thanks..”

“Goods were exactly as described and arrived unbelievably fast. Only thing that knocked off a star was the fact the delivery (which I'd asked to be delivered to my work address) arrived addressed to the wrong person. Luckily the invoice inside had my name on it so the other person - also an Edwardes customer - could track me down. That said, I'd happily use them again.”

“quick delivery but one of the 5 heaters was damaged so had to ask for a replacement, but a new one was sent the next day and the damaged one picked up so overall it was a good service and price.”
