“Everything was excellent with the exception of the packaging. Ten glass fuses rattling about in a cardboard tube. Two types of 20mm fuses - needed magnifying glass to sort them. Sloppy attitude.”

“Initially, after placing my order online, I was not given delivery information - I assume because I had ordered 3-metre long conduit pipe which wouldn't be sent via courier. But after sending an email quering delivery ETA I received a prompt reply reassuring me that delivery would come via the company's own van/driver on a particular day. And I was advised that the driver would call me prior to arrival. On the day no problems with delivery at all. All items present and correct. And because the order came via their own van there was less chance of any damage to the pipes. So overall pretty satisfied, apart from the initial panic over delivery time. I would use this company again. Thanks.”
