“Items despatched quickly, but didn't manage to find one small item that was just put inside a large box and must have got thrown out with packing. When putting a small item in a large box it could be dealt with much better by fastening to something else. I feel insufficient care and thought was given to this. I reported that we hadn't received the item but was basically told to look again.”

“Very helpful and responsive. Would have given 5 stars if the paperwork had made clear that the missing item was going to follow and the receipt had made the whole situation clear. It would have saved me a precautionary phone call. Back order item was delivered on Sunday afternoon - a first for me! Will happily use Edwardes again.”

“Good website, good products, good prices. Lamps were very well packed and delivery service was top notch. I would give the fifth star if you offered a cheaper (and of course slower) delivery option. At present the blue-chip delivery charge adds a lot to the cost of a small order (ten lamps in my case). But would certainly buy from you again.”

“The ordering and delivery were perfect - the problem is the look of the LED bulbs is horrible compared to the old fashioned Opel 284 tubes. This new harsh white light makes our kitchen look like a hospital. They will be going in the bin! Are there any alternatives? Did I order the wrong ones? Best, ***”

“The light switch controller I bought was despatched very quickly and an email notified me it had been despatched. It arrived on time & date advised & was packed well and after signing for it the job was done. I fitted it next day & worked perfectly as expected”

“The vendor was good with a lot of information on their website. The order process was easy. They lose a star for shipping via DPD who failed to deliver on time meaning I wasted time waiting in.”

“Really good quick service. Unfortunately one of the two items didn't work (lamps) no problem except the items were no longer available, so I was offered a refund without question. Just waiting for the refund to hit my bank account. Didn't ask for my bank details so do they keep my card details if so how long for. Or will I have to chase them up? I would use them again or recommend them if my refund appears without me having to chase them up.”

“Packaging was not very good as items sent fairly loose. Delivery forecast system remains is uselss as you do not get the promised E-mail in the morning but less than an hour before courier arrives which for me has tended to be late morning or middle of the day.”
