“Very quick delivery after ordering which took me by surprise when the driver called me to say he was on his way. The only down side was I didn't know the delivery date / time slot so I was lucky to have somebody there to receive the items. Good web site, excellent delivery driver almost a 5 except time slot.”

“Product was excellent but could have come by post which would have been a cheaper option.. Shipping by van cost about as much as the cable I bought. No post option was offered.”

“Very pleased overall with price, quality of product and delivery. I would however have preferred to use PayPal which I don't believe was possible on this occasion as I am very concerned about giving credit details to a company site I'd not used before. However I am generally pleased with the service that I received.”

“One of the items I bought was a 3m length of trunking. This item was poorly packaged and shipped in nothing more than a plastic bag. One end was badly scuffed so i had to cut 12 inches off - luckily i only needed 2.5m the were also a couple of dents which i will have to put up with. I also had to clean off black marks and light scuffs along the length of the conduit. Overall when it arrived t looked like it had been kicking around a warehouse for a few years. Other than that all items were correct and present an the delivery service was on time.”

“The product I bought is fine. I needed a like-for-like replacement item which I could no longer get in my home town, because my former suppliers have ceased trading. I was glad to be able to get one. Delivery was not so good: the goods were delivered safely and fast enough, but I got conflicting, confusing and inaccurate messages by text and email from the courier, and 'phoning them was very inconvenient and time-consuming - they made it very hard to contact a human being. So that was unsatisfactory, sadly.”

“Product delivered as ordered and quickly. Packaging was a bit extreme though. The item was a small key fob transmitter and was delivered in a large cardboard box wrapped in bubble wrap - This could have easily been a jiffy bag. That delivery had a big carbon footprint!”

“Excellent price, good service, prompt delivery = happy customer. Web site is a weak link - eccentric design and odd choice of fonts, and poorly though-out from the customers' point of view. First time I tried to buy, it froze as soon as I put something in the basket - nearly didn't come back. The customer log-in is nearly pointless as it seems that e.g. the delivery address would need to be entered with every order.”

“I thought the postage charge was high for the items I ordered (5 fuses). I would have preferred a slower and cheaper option. As usual DPD were great, a really good service, but I'd rather have had 2nd class Royal Mail as the items were not urgent.”

“Very quick service and a great price on th eitems I wanted. Only one suggestion - once you have added something to the basket on the website it is not easy to navigate back to the previous search results to order another item. Would be better if you could either select multiple items in one go, or have an easy way back to the previous page.”
