“Excellent price, good service, prompt delivery = happy customer. Web site is a weak link - eccentric design and odd choice of fonts, and poorly though-out from the customers' point of view. First time I tried to buy, it froze as soon as I put something in the basket - nearly didn't come back. The customer log-in is nearly pointless as it seems that e.g. the delivery address would need to be entered with every order.”

“I thought the postage charge was high for the items I ordered (5 fuses). I would have preferred a slower and cheaper option. As usual DPD were great, a really good service, but I'd rather have had 2nd class Royal Mail as the items were not urgent.”

“Very quick service and a great price on th eitems I wanted. Only one suggestion - once you have added something to the basket on the website it is not easy to navigate back to the previous search results to order another item. Would be better if you could either select multiple items in one go, or have an easy way back to the previous page.”

“Security light arrived as stated. The delivery box was damaged. The light seemed undamaged and has been installed and appears to be woking OK. I have not checked the flash card on my computer to date - I will let it accumulate some videos.”

“I thought the basic service was good and customer service when contacted by phone were helpful, but I felt the website was rather difficult to use, the use of automatically generated passwords confusing (the first password went into my spam folder without me realising) and the lack of PayPal as a way of paying unhelpful. But it is basically a good way to buy hard to find electrical items.”
