“On the day following the placement of my order, I had a very courteous telephone call to advise me that there had been a run on the plinth heater that I had ordered, & It was out of stock. I was advised that the new stock would arrive 4 working days later on the following Wednesday, if that was okay with me. I said yes. As promised, a delivery was arranged for asap after Wednesday & indeed it arrived today on the day after, on Thursday a.m, c/o Edwardes own delivery van. No problem. These things happen, and credit to Edwardes for their excellent customer relations service.”

“Ordering was simple and swift. Delivery over the Christmas/New year period was problematical - there needs to be a statement (if there was one - I didn't see it) to explain that the offices were closed completely over this period and only opened on the 3rd January. When I rang the order department the very polite gentleman explained everything and then told me the order would arrive on the 4th Jan. Received an email to confirm this.”

“order process on line went without any difficulty. A pity that we have to wait 2 weeks as not all items are imediately available.price was competitive as Edwardes does not charge for delivery”

“As ever, delivery is an issue - I do appreciate that you do not charge us (for a substantial order) for living 20 miles from the Oil Capital of Europe. I don't mind that it takes a couple of days to arrive as I can plan for that - so many suppliers just add *** because we have an AB postcode. If you did the same you would receive no more orders from me! as it stands I can foresee various orders to yourselves over the next few years as we develop our property. Best regards ***”
