“Order processed very efficiently and product exactly as required. Delivery prompt and efficient, but packaging distorted and although contents were undamaged, inadequate protection was afforded.”

“I would recommend Edwardes to others. Their prices and speed of delivery are very good. Just check the confirmation for accuracy as I had a mistake on my order, then the replacement had next doors address on it. I also did not get the extra discount on the replacement. The price I paid was still good.”

“Security system ordered from Edwardes Bros online. It was delivered next day and was expertly packaged. Unfortunately wrong item had been sent. Rang up and it was sorted out immediately, including collection of first package. Top customer service from Tony. Thanks. Would have awarded 5 stars if not for the "hiccup".”

“The order came on time. However, the order invoice stated the correct product number ***. I received *** which is technically the same light BUT the switch is the opposite end. Therefore the light is effectively upside down with the switch quite difficult to get to. There was no point returning a I can work around it. However, it was not the correct product.”

“Original Order, lost, stolen or mis-placed and I had to contact Sales via e-mail to ask where my Order was or when I was likely to receive it. Your Sales Representative, ***, replied promptly and took ownership of my query and arranged for a replacement Order to be sent out by Recorded Delivery, doing exactly what he said he was going to do. My Order arrived as specified in good condition. I cannot thank *** enough for getting this matter sorted out for me and his prompt replies to my e-mails, he actually restored my faith in Edwardes Bros. If Edwardes Bros. have a Staff Recognition Scheme for Customer Support, I would sincerely recommend that *** would be entitled to some recognition for his handling of this matter. Thank you.”
