“I originally went into your Penge branch 1 person was serving there were 2 customers in front of me 1 was being served. After waiting over 20 minutes where people came in behind me and left without being served. In the end he was still serving that same customer. I left and decided to order the part I needed on line which was a 26watt DD 2 pin lamp holder. When it arrived by post it was a 9 watt 2 pin lamp holder which was no good. So it means I have got to go back to the branch to change it for the correct part. Also I do not live near Penge.”

“Unable to get through on the phone to report badly packaged and damaged goods. Unable to get a response from multiple emails about a replacement order. Delivery thrown through the door by the courier. What a complete shambles.”

“I wouldn’t know how the product is as I haven’t received it yet, DPD are the worst delievery company and if I new you used them I wouldn’t of ordered from you. They mess you around so much and are now claiming they can’t find the address as another excuse. God knows when I’ll actually get the parcel.”

“Price was good and quick delivery. Sadly a small Infra-Red Wall Heater which came in it's own packaging was dumped in a massive 1200mm x 400mm x 300mm box with another broken box inside. They had used me to get rid of their *** I had to take the box to the dump as it was too big for our recycle bin. Wouldn't use this company agian.”

“The item arrived ok but as I was ordering the item it was very unclear how much the postage was going to cost.i was charged £*** plus vat for an item that was costing £***. By the time I had finished transaction it was £***.I am absolutely disgusted by this and feel I have been taken on.Very very disappointed and will NEVER use this site again.If it was made clear that postage was going to be this I would never had completed transaction”

“Item dilivered not the same as that pictured on the website. As our bathroom fitter was on site we had no choice but to use the item sent. Postage also very expensive, the same as the cost of the item ordered”
