I purchased an order online to be delivered to my local branch, later in the week when my husband went to collect the order he was told it was not at the site. He then had to purchase all the items I had already paid for. When phoning up to get a refund and complain that my item wasn't at the store I had requested the items be sent to, I overheard them talking in the office that the branch had sold us my order as they shouldn't have had these items looking at the stock they carried at that site on the system. I would not purchase from them again or even recommend them!

The order procedure was fine, the resultant goods receipt was poor. The invoice had the correct part description, but the goods did not match the description. Very dissapointed

Verry poor service, I ordered some things last saturday, and I received my stuff after 4 working days ( thursday ) with one item missing, I sent them and email, but they didn't contact me so sort it out. I will not recomend this company to anybody else.

The service was way below anything I have dealt with with online buying. The delivery never got delivered, they said wrong postcode, however delivered to someone else, it had address ie ***, Leicester. It had my email address and also mobile number however dropped the parcel at someone else's place not even in the area. I sent 3 emails to the chat email on the website without an email back, in first email it had instructions in. Last night I rang and asked for explanation however they didn't even apologise but said you had wrong postcode, everything else was fine and I gave plenty of information for them to contact me. I have asked for an email with explanation which the person said he would, however received no email. I indicated they should put in a surprise for the recipient of the present and they said not our problem. It then took from 4.30pm on Wednesday to 10am on Friday to get to the recipient (even though we said we wanted urgent fixing as it was for a present). No care factor. It's said as I was going to buy all my online electrical goods from them.

DELIVERY!!!!! I am still waiting for my parcel,even though I phoned DPD to complain that they had tried to deliver to wrong address,they said it would be delivered this morning Wednesday 20/09/17 ,guess what happend,they delivered to same wrong address again.Iam sure your product will be fantastic,when and if I receive it.I know it's not your fault,but seriously you need to consider changing your carrier,read the reviews they get. ***

I live in the U.K. and paid the delivery cost asked for only to be contacted and told I would have to pay another ten pound to have the item delivered. It appears the price of delivery only applies to U.K. mainland which is a disgrace. We are all part of Great Britain and only became great when the four countries joined. Please don't try to segregate buyers from Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands etc. I will not be using the company again or recommending it to anyone else!

Missed delivery and tried to use online system to get it delivered to neighbour. Said that it was confirmed to be delivered to neighbour and a note left but found no note and then got a text that it wasn't and kept getting rescheduled for delivery next day and same thing happened 3 times in a row.

I was over charged £*** because two items which I didn't order forced me to pay the extra ***pounds. i spoke to your staff who said will make a refund to me. But this never happen. I am not happy with it at all. The order number is ***.

Somehow the address I submitted was changed to a different address and therefore delivered to the wrong place. This caused major inconvenience!

Delivery by DPD was changed without my intervention and I emailed Edwardes to ask why but had no response. A shame as other than that I have enjoyed shopping with Edwardes in the past.

The order was not received 3 days after it was made via the internet. I phoned the company (on the 3rd day which was a Friday) and was told it would be sent out on the Monday. The website stated it would be dispatched next day when in fact it was sent out 6 days after the order was placed.

Edwards were unable to deliver as I t would appear the Isle of wight. Is near central Africa as they were unable to deliver to any location deemed to be off shore UK

Shortly after placing the order I received the email saying it's cancelled as there is no deliveries to NI. I believe I could have been notified about it before completing the order

If I could give you zero stars that would be more appropriate. Part of the order you sent me was not what I ordered. I have tried a dozen times to contact you by telephone but it is either engaged (presumably with others trying to contact you) or the phone just doesn't get answered. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Bought esp door access system and it was delivered 3 days later (excellent service) Then the next week had to buy extra access tags for the system, sent payment next day got msg to say payment was stopped because they don't deliver to Northern Ireland. Dont know what to think of that!!!
