I live in the U.K. and paid the delivery cost asked for only to be contacted and told I would have to pay another ten pound to have the item delivered. It appears the price of delivery only applies to U.K. mainland which is a disgrace. We are all part of Great Britain and only became great when the four countries joined. Please don't try to segregate buyers from Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands etc. I will not be using the company again or recommending it to anyone else!

Shortly after placing the order I received the email saying it's cancelled as there is no deliveries to NI. I believe I could have been notified about it before completing the order

Sorry to say my order hasn’t arrived DPD should have delivered. I received updates as to when they would arrive by email but they didn’t arrive. I then received an email stating they had tried to deliver but no one was in. They stated they had left a card through the door. This isn’t true. We were in no one called and no card was left. They say they will deliver on Monday I wait to see what happens

Missed delivery and tried to use online system to get it delivered to neighbour. Said that it was confirmed to be delivered to neighbour and a note left but found no note and then got a text that it wasn't and kept getting rescheduled for delivery next day and same thing happened 3 times in a row.

Took my money then decided that my location was not considered important​ enough to post to . I live on the Isle of Wight ,not outer space !

Ordered item via website, contacted 2 days later and told it was too fragile to send. Ordered same item from competitor and it arrived next day. Won't buy from again

Delivery by DPD was changed without my intervention and I emailed Edwardes to ask why but had no response. A shame as other than that I have enjoyed shopping with Edwardes in the past.

DELIVERY!!!!! I am still waiting for my parcel,even though I phoned DPD to complain that they had tried to deliver to wrong address,they said it would be delivered this morning Wednesday 20/09/17 ,guess what happend,they delivered to same wrong address again.Iam sure your product will be fantastic,when and if I receive it.I know it's not your fault,but seriously you need to consider changing your carrier,read the reviews they get. ***

Sorry, I am very disappointed. I have not received the item at all, which is supposed to arrive on Friday last week.

I purchased an order online to be delivered to my local branch, later in the week when my husband went to collect the order he was told it was not at the site. He then had to purchase all the items I had already paid for. When phoning up to get a refund and complain that my item wasn't at the store I had requested the items be sent to, I overheard them talking in the office that the branch had sold us my order as they shouldn't have had these items looking at the stock they carried at that site on the system. I would not purchase from them again or even recommend them!

The order procedure was fine, the resultant goods receipt was poor. The invoice had the correct part description, but the goods did not match the description. Very dissapointed

Item delivered was dirty and lightly scratched . It looks used. I've had no reply to an email pointing this out over 3 days although this did include the weekend.

If I could give you zero stars that would be more appropriate. Part of the order you sent me was not what I ordered. I have tried a dozen times to contact you by telephone but it is either engaged (presumably with others trying to contact you) or the phone just doesn't get answered. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
