Ordered on Monday and still not arrived is it coming by snail post

After 3 days the order had not arrived. Nor did they know where it was, so order cancelled. Will continue to use Screwfix who are reliable

Please make it clear on your site that you only deliver some goods locally. I ordered a light diffuser. The offer was accepted then refunded the next day as I am not local.

The order came in seperate delivery. The panel was faulty and the component inside was broken.

the delivery service and products are top notch, however theres completely no customer service available, i have been calling all your branches , sent a few email no one has ever gotten back to me and i am stuck with products that i would love to return due to mismeasurement

Some *** used my email address on an account on your website so of course now your automated systems keep emailing me. I've never been anywhere near the UK and will never order anything from you. Please stop using this email address for any communication, as I tried to request via your customer service DAYS ago.

Ordered, and was invoiced for, a 1/2" brass lampholder. However I was sent a 1" one!

Delivery by DPD. Appalling. Told it would be with me between 14:00 and 15:00 by test. Stayed in especially. Never arrived. At 18:00 tracked DPD - told I was the next delivery. Checked 10 minutes later on line, and was told that delivery had been attempted, no one was in and a card was left. No delivery was attempted, no card was left, I was in all the time. Collected delivery the following day myself. So, in summary - I paid for delivery and had to collect it myself!!!! Not impressed. My contract with your client was not met in full and I have paid for a service not provided. Edwardes need to sort it out. Also, I am not prepared to deal with a Feedback Company. Suggest you pass this to your client for them to consider their next move. Will not be recommending them to anyone!

Item delivered was dirty and lightly scratched . It looks used. I've had no reply to an email pointing this out over 3 days although this did include the weekend.

Nobody showed to deliver as I was in and working on the front door all day. Just got a message saying that you tried to deliver? I think the rain puts delivery guys off getting out of vans.

Paid over £*** for postage and still not received item costing only £***.called Edwardes on Friday 1 st and put on hold then told was posted out Royal Mail on wed and to call back if not received by next week.still not received today 2nd.terrible service

2nd item to be delivered late in last 2 weeks. Not a next day service. Spoke to company and they said they would look into the late delivery but never phoned me back

Very disappointed to find that after I placed my order I was contacted by email to say that instead of free postage as indicated in the final price I was to be charged £*** because I live Northern Ireland. If I didn't want to pay the order would be cancelled. No-one bothered to reply to my email response so I phoned up & gave my authority to pay the £*** as I wanted the goods quickly. Today I find that actually £*** has been debited from my account so I'm not happy at all with this company. £*** for delivery of 10 LED light fittings is ridiculous.

Sorry to say my order hasn’t arrived DPD should have delivered. I received updates as to when they would arrive by email but they didn’t arrive. I then received an email stating they had tried to deliver but no one was in. They stated they had left a card through the door. This isn’t true. We were in no one called and no card was left. They say they will deliver on Monday I wait to see what happens
