I originally went into your Penge branch 1 person was serving there were 2 customers in front of me 1 was being served. After waiting over 20 minutes where people came in behind me and left without being served.
In the end he was still serving that same customer. I left and decided to order the part I needed on line which was a 26watt DD 2 pin lamp holder. When it arrived by post it was a 9 watt 2 pin lamp holder which was no good. So it means I have got to go back to the branch to change it for the correct part. Also I do not live near Penge.
