“The website was quite clear and easy to use, as was the ordering and payment process. My goods arrived just 2 days after ordering and carriage was free as my order was over ***. I was given one day's notice by email and text message of the delivery date and (one hour) time-slot, with option to change this if desired. The carrier delivered exactly on schedule. The items ordered were all present and correct, and adequately packaged. My only criticisms of the website is that free delivery is prominently advertised for orders over *** in total. But this figure is ex VAT, which is potentially misleading as item prices are all displayed VAT inclusive, so it can be difficult to check that your order qualifies for free delivery. I think this is a bit disingenuous, and it would be fairer and easier if the free delivery figure was shown VAT inclusive - i.e. ***. Also when placing my order I was not given an expected delivery date date. I only knew when to expect delivery when I received an email and text message the following day. Apart from the above issues I was satisfied with the ordering procedure. Fortunately I have not had to contact the seller about my order so cannot comment on their customer support. Based on my limited experience to date I would be happy to recommend the seller to others.”

“I was very happy with the speed of delivery and the full information provided on the progress of the order. Since I was in the shower when the order arrived, it was taken beck to the depot, from where I collected it. I would have preferred to have the option, at time of order, of giving instructions to leave the parcel in a specified location. (Perhaps there was such an option but I failed to see it, in which case it would merit greater prominence).”

“I received a 1mtr width roll in place of the 2mtr advertised. I have to say though I was very impressed at the speed this was rectified. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time, how you deal with rectifying them is in my experience the way to retain customers, and I cannot fault the service I had.”

“The service was quick and efficient. They only had 9 of the 10 items in stock so called me to check if it was OK to credit me for one and deliver just 9. However I'm still waiting for the credit!!”
