“The ordering process, customer services and the product were worth 5 stars, unfortunately they were let down by their choice of courier, who left it over a wall at the wrong address, and it was only by luck that we recognized where the photo of the delivery was taken.”

“Overall a very satisfactory shopping experience. I was kept updated throughout the process. The only criticism is with the delivery firm who ignored my request twice to change the delivery address and then just left it with a neighbour & e mailed me to this effect but from the information they provided it was not possible to determine the name or address of the neighbour. As a result of this I have only awarded 4 stars, otherwise it would have been 5.”

“Ordering process very good. Delivery arrived today well half of my order arrived Tuesday, ordered on web Sunday. Only 1 of 2 was delivered and the item I needed the most didn't make it. Got to wait another day now. Hopefully tomorrow . These things happen but frustrating all the same.”
