“Great service, quick delivery and item just what I needed. Marked down 1 star as I thought the postage was a little expensive. Courier was quick and efficient but a cheaper & slower option would have sufficed.”

“Overall a very satisfactory shopping experience. I was kept updated throughout the process. The only criticism is with the delivery firm who ignored my request twice to change the delivery address and then just left it with a neighbour & e mailed me to this effect but from the information they provided it was not possible to determine the name or address of the neighbour. As a result of this I have only awarded 4 stars, otherwise it would have been 5.”

“Service was great, but there should be an overseas option for delivery. I got the product sent to my sister in Norwich and she has forward it to me in New Zealand. Cheers ***”

“Ordering process very good. Delivery arrived today well half of my order arrived Tuesday, ordered on web Sunday. Only 1 of 2 was delivered and the item I needed the most didn't make it. Got to wait another day now. Hopefully tomorrow . These things happen but frustrating all the same.”
