“The order was not delivered on time. However, you did arrange a Saturday delivery, part of this order was missing and was delivered Sunday. The order should not have been split into 3 deliveries but I apprecite you getting them to me over the weekend. Great service by informing me of the issues surround the delivery. Good price products and will use again.”

“Was finding it difficult to find a particular bulb but Edwardes had it in stock which solved my problem. Delivery was quick. I felt the price for delivery was a bit steep just for one bulb and suggest Edwardes consider using different delivery options for small items.”

“One item out of stock but they informed me by phone and agreed to send the item as a follow-up delivery as soon as it was available. One item not stocked - so I had to make up a less satisfactory alternative. Otherwise - nearly excellent!!”

“Edwardes - great! Interlink Express/DPD - not so great. Product supplied was not as per the description & illustration on the website - a BETTER product was supplied, to Amendment 3 spec, which is what I really wanted anyway, but couldn't find on their website (or on anyone else's). So very happy about that. The carrier advised me Thurs eve by text that delivery would be on Friday. So far so good. Waited in, but nothing arrived by Friday lunch. On checking emails, found they had sent one on Thurs to say that Fri morn I would be informed of a 1-hour delivery slot (why couldn't they have also said that in the text msg?). Anyway no slot info arrived anytime Fri, not by text or email - and also no delivery. Then later on Fri got another email to say delivery would be on Monday!! YES - Got a 1 hour slot msg on Mon morning (text and email), and the delivery was within the slot. So OK in the end, but frustrating waiting in all day Fri for a no-show delivery. Surely they could have sent me a text during Fri morning to say the delivery was delayed.”

“Ordered 3 cables @ 96p each. Good price. But, total cost £9.54. Could 1st Class Post be made an option? Greeted courier next day, but 2mins earlier than 1hr time-slot. Stood in rain waiting. Nil desperandum. Got cables. Exactly as ordered. Thanks!”

“Website good, enabling me to find the product I was looking for and simply place the order. Goods as detailed with super quick delivery. Most people would award 5 stars, but I always like to keep one back for people who are truly exceptional, rather than just very good.”

“Never used Edwards services before. Looked on the Internet for the products I required and completed the shopping list paid over the system by card and the very next day at the time schedules the products arrived. That's what I call excellent service!!! Will use this in the future.”

“Only issue with Edwardes was clarifying an inconsistency in description of the product - Vent-Axia extractor fan - when viewed in a basket prior to ordering. Once I emailed Edwardes direct this was quickly resolved and the product delivered very promptly., and the description will doubtless be corrected. Good prices good service, just that minor issue with the online details.”

“I had a query about the part i purchased, when i rang the technical dpt i was directed to the company who were supposed to have supplied Edwardes, to find that that supplier didn't actually supply that part. The system needs updating to give correct information.”

“I have a double feedback. 1. I actually drove down to the branch at Dartford and asked for a product advertised. The response was and I quote" you have been looking on the internet we do not stock everything here you need to go to our other branch" Disappointing to say the least. 2. So now I order online and the response was first class.”
