“I had a query about the part i purchased, when i rang the technical dpt i was directed to the company who were supposed to have supplied Edwardes, to find that that supplier didn't actually supply that part. The system needs updating to give correct information.”

“I have a double feedback. 1. I actually drove down to the branch at Dartford and asked for a product advertised. The response was and I quote" you have been looking on the internet we do not stock everything here you need to go to our other branch" Disappointing to say the least. 2. So now I order online and the response was first class.”

“When we have ordered from you, delivery is usually spot on with the email and text in the morning and delivery is always made within the hour you state. This is excellent. Our first order from you last year had some items missing and we were not very pleased, however since then we have had no problems. Fingers crossed we don't have any!”

“Unfortunately, original packaging had been damaged, and the cable had been badly re-packed by the courier, resulting with the cable tangled up. I didn't find this out until I opened the packaging, as it was picked up from a local shop. 2 good quality cable, and fast delivery.”

“This ignitor is good quality and works perfectly. My only problem was the postage charge which doubled the price. I am sure I would have done better if I was an electrical contractor with a big order. No complaints though at least I could fix the job. Regards ***.”

“The pack of fluorescent bulbs was well wrapped and delivered at the time specified. However, it would have been helpful if one of the delivery options is that the customer can request a package can be left in a specified place e.g.porch, rather than having to change the delivery time/ date.”

“I ordered 2 items of which one was a doorbell the second was a second door bell push for another door. the second bell push did not work contacted Edwardes who immediately said we will send another ,the expectancy of the seller should be why did we send a faulty part. situation still to be resolved.”

“Excellent ordering system with very prompt delivery. Just one point, the parcel was left by the front door when I had requested for it to be left at the rear porch. I received it okay of course, but it could have been spotted by passers by. Fortunately I do live in a fairly quiet area.”

“Easy to deal with and. Mr ***was helpful and knowledgeable about my enquiry. I placed small order on line at the online price. Your company may be able to assist with larger orders as we spend large values ongoing with National Electrical Wholesalers. Please ask your business development manager to call for an introduction of what we supply.. ***”
