“Order process was simple online. However I wasn’t given an expected delivery date either during the process or after via the order confirmation - so instead I wrote to the contact email address to ask (no-one answered the phone number - it was Saturday lunch time so I assumed you may be closed). I had a reply to give me an indication but knowing the info At the point of purchase would have been a great help. This is the reason I’ve given a 4 star review. The item arrived as per the response to my email so this was very good.”

“Service was painless, delivery was prompt, and the product was as decribed. However, outer packaging was very tatty and used lots of old plastic bags which didn't offer any additional padding or protection. Otherwise all ok.”

“First time I have used this company but it will not be my last! The item I required was in stock and dispatched for delivery the next day, I collected it soon afterwards. They had the best price that I could find on the interweb anywhere. Try them first, you will not be disappointed.”

“the wire was well priced, sent out and delivered quickly so *** get 10 out of 10 for this. The only problem was that I bought"gold" coloured flex to be used in a visible situatuiion and the coulou of the cable was more of an olive green/brown - not at all like other "gold" cable I have bought. I ams happy to send samples back to edwards for them to check this and agree or not with my comment! suould probleby have a comment on the product description for buyers to consider before buying. Otherwise all was very good”
