“Two stars seems a bit mean as the person who received the gift loved it. However, it was sent to me and not to the person who I assumed I had said it was going to. I check these things over and over. I also wondered how they managed to get the sale through if they used the other person's address as card details? I did complain, had to resend when it arrived at my door and even though I asked for postage back I heard nothing. This might just have been a hic up but I won't use again as I can do without the hassle and certainly without a company who don't wish to keep their customers happy. P.S.
