“Hi I’m sorry to write that one of my boxes were faulty. They were slanted and. I have had to put books inside to weight in down.
I needed it to complete a ladder shelf that I wanted to be finished by Mother’s Day, hence why I haven’t returned.
I will keep it but I am a little disappointed that it wasn’t quality assured before it was packed to me.
Also the box was open on delivery & delivery man had to make two visits as I requested him to leave by front door but due to bad weather & box being open product may have got damaged, so he kept it safe & returned at the end of his shift.”

“Two stars seems a bit mean as the person who received the gift loved it. However, it was sent to me and not to the person who I assumed I had said it was going to. I check these things over and over. I also wondered how they managed to get the sale through if they used the other person's address as card details? I did complain, had to resend when it arrived at my door and even though I asked for postage back I heard nothing.
