Hi i purchased a storage box which is said to fit 10kg but it would probably only keep 5kg

The delivery time was great and a good price but one glass came smashed and a couple others chipped. Also the glasses are all the same are not the right size as advertised. I have contacted customer service with no response.

Not what I expected, the gold is poorly attached and is already peeling off. I bought a similar style a few years ago and wanted to try these, glad I didn’t buy more as these are 2.25x the weight of my original ones. Not a comfortable glass weight to handle

The set of bowls I ordered were lovely, but one of them was chipped and broken! Making them useless as a gift, they dealt with this amazingly and dispatched a whole new set! Great customer service. Thankyou, 😀

Lovely pretty patterns, but not great for small children. My children had them less than a couple of hours. My daughter accidentally dropped it on the floor when putting her dish on the side amd it broke immediately.

Bamboo products were delivered with bits of wood coming off the spoons, lids and stand.Need to sand the spoons down in order to use otherwise splinters in the spice jars which is not safe at all! Not worth the money I paid. Quite underwhelmed.

The majority of the my items arrived and I was happy. One of them had a damaged lid and the glass that was partially split/had an imperfection. I’ve emailed the firm three times and haven’t had a reply yet... nearly a week later. After care is poor.

super happy with the jars but some of them had chips at the top and the lazy suzan isnt of best quality as the spinning mechanism is wobbly and i have another that i ordered from amazon and it isnt wobbly its very sturdy. good service overall just let down a little by the actual products

Hermes has not sent my package. They said they tried to deliver it on Monday but I never received it and cannot get ahold of them.

Ordered 30 candles of 3 different types. 2 are fine but the third type are useless, they initially light but extinguish after a very short time. Tried 3 of them, result the same and 90%+ of the candle ends up in the bin. A candle that doesn’t burn is not fit for purpose
