“I ordered 4 glass bubble cups which arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately 2 of them cracked as soon as I put hot water in them. The other 2 are fine and actually I love them. I complained straight away and customer service were brilliant and responded quickly. I sent photos of the damaged items and they issued an immediate refund. Can’t say fairer than that. Just bad luck in this instance I think.”
“The company offer a good choice of selected items, it makes me think they are exclusive in the choices which is a good thing. The glasses we bought are very nice, a good weight. The only thing, and this may not have changed my mind, is that they are not a single piece of glass, there are what seems to be, joins in several places. However at the price, they are definately worth every penny. I'd like the shorter versions too the kids drinking 450ml a time is a lot of fluid.”

“I felt like these glasses were reasonably priced , quick delivery and are very nice quality. The only thing that could improve is having an indication on the glasses or even the packaging they come in wether they are dishwasher safe or not . Which I have no idea if they are .”

The three smashed jars that also arrived weren't great, but these things do happen.
However after contacting them they did offer me replacements items without having to return the damaged goods which was very helpful.”
