“Some of the products are great but not all of the glass jars have a air tight lid. I sent videos to show them and they said theres no issue when there clearly is. End result was to return them at my own cost which they know i wouldn't do as it would put me out of pocket. A simple solution would be to send replacement lids (for some not all) but did not offer.”
