“I loved the handbag vase and it makes a great present. Just one comment - there was a splinter of loose glass in the base of the vase on receipt . It did not seem to have come from my vase but perhaps had come from the factory. Also the box it was delivered in was very crushed.”

“Glass mugs are beautiful. Serving dishes with gold edging are lovely but a lot of the gold edging has rubbed off in places which isn’t great. Thought about returning but it would cost a fortune so decided not to and will try to diy fix them”

“Rubber seal slips out when closing lid. Also you have
to make sure you press lid down properly otherwise you can leave little gaps that are big enough for biscuit beetles to get in. Since I have a biscuit beetle infestation that is being treated, these jars are not suitable as the bugs need only the smallest gap to get into a jar. Hence 2 stars.”

“Bought four of the large jars, two plump and two t shaped. with a view to purchasing more if they were suitable. The Plump were lovely with smooth cork lids and two t shape jars were a lovely shape however the lids looked as though they had been nibbled by mice. Contacted the company and was told they would see if they had any replacement lids but was informed that they had not and that the lids were often like this. I had planned to give them as gifts however couldn't possibly give the tshaped as they look secondhand.
I purchase loads of glass jars for closed terrariums. Due to the above and the response I received I would not purchase from here again. Every other new jar with cork lids have been in really good condition, I understand that cork is a natural product and that you can get some small flaws however nothing like these . customer service were very quick to reply and extremely polite but said :Thank you for your reply.
I have just checked with our warehouse team and unfortunately, they informed me that we don't have any spare lids for this item.
However, I would like to assure you that the variations you've noticed in the cork are normal, as a natural material, often displays such characteristics, adding to the individuality of each piece.
My sincere apologies that we were not able to have them replaced for you.

“Wrong item was sent ordered jar set with bamboo lids received cork lids and could not send back as this was a Christmas gift so would not have got correct item in time. Overall quality good and looks nice but unfortunate not what I ordered.”
“I ordered the embossed coffee/tea cups and received the wrong ones. I emailed and they gave me a full refund. However when I did use one of the coffee cups it cracked all the way round when I poured in the hot water.”
