“Rubber seal slips out when closing lid. Also you have
to make sure you press lid down properly otherwise you can leave little gaps that are big enough for biscuit beetles to get in. Since I have a biscuit beetle infestation that is being treated, these jars are not suitable as the bugs need only the smallest gap to get into a jar. Hence 2 stars.”

“3 out the 4 glass cappuchino cups I purchased were damaged on arrival. The quality of these glasses was extreemly poor. I would class them as unfit for purpose.
Eden & Willow offered a full refund no questions asked. For that reason I have rated 3 stars.
I haven't used this site before, so can't comment on the quality of other products. The service I received was good, but I question the quality of the products they sell.”

“Bought four of the large jars, two plump and two t shaped. with a view to purchasing more if they were suitable. The Plump were lovely with smooth cork lids and two t shape jars were a lovely shape however the lids looked as though they had been nibbled by mice. Contacted the company and was told they would see if they had any replacement lids but was informed that they had not and that the lids were often like this. I had planned to give them as gifts however couldn't possibly give the tshaped as they look secondhand.
I purchase loads of glass jars for closed terrariums. Due to the above and the response I received I would not purchase from here again. Every other new jar with cork lids have been in really good condition, I understand that cork is a natural product and that you can get some small flaws however nothing like these . customer service were very quick to reply and extremely polite but said :Thank you for your reply.
I have just checked with our warehouse team and unfortunately, they informed me that we don't have any spare lids for this item.
However, I would like to assure you that the variations you've noticed in the cork are normal, as a natural material, often displays such characteristics, adding to the individuality of each piece.
My sincere apologies that we were not able to have them replaced for you.

“Wrong item was sent ordered jar set with bamboo lids received cork lids and could not send back as this was a Christmas gift so would not have got correct item in time. Overall quality good and looks nice but unfortunate not what I ordered.”
“I ordered the embossed coffee/tea cups and received the wrong ones. I emailed and they gave me a full refund. However when I did use one of the coffee cups it cracked all the way round when I poured in the hot water.”

“I bought this pillow as I was looking for something similar to what I found in a hotel on holidays. It was the best pillow ever, I even asked the Hotel team where they bought it and its specs. The pillow from Eden and Willow is nice but it’s boo big in my opinion, so it still does not work for me. They should consider half the size. For that reason I rated a 3.”

“Received real fast which was positive but I went on the website as some glasses were on there which I would like to purchase , I thought I had added them to my cart and carried on to do more shopping for other items , however when I checked out and looked at my order confirmation email there were none of the glasses on the order receipt so I went back on the website and the glasses were out of stock . If I had been told this before I checked out I would not have checked out as these were the main bulk of my order ,there should be a notice before or even during checkout to say these were out of stock and not just taken from the trolley without notice or not put in the trolley at all without telling buyer item is out of stock . Also upon receipt I ordered a glass jar with a wooden spoon and this jar was absolutely filthy with fingerprints and did not look at all new . Really off-putting which is a shame as there was some real cute things on this website .”

“Received my order but unfortunately one of the glass oil pourers had a large crack in it so I had to throw it away due to it being broken contacted the company to see if they could issue a refund due to the product being broken /can’t be used but they never emailed back.”
