Ordered 2 glass jars with bamboo lids. The courier left the package outside my front door rather than ring the bell for obvious reasons. As soon as I picked up the box I could hear the rattling glass inside - both turned up smashed to bits! When I opened the box I could see that the packaging was insufficient to protect items described as fragile and that was to travel on the inside of a courier's van.

I never received the large storage rice container I paid for at the beginning of May. It was not shipped to Amazon and therefore they cancelled the order. I have not received a refund or had any other contact with Eden and Willow - very, very disappointed.

I do not know why you use Evri which used to be Hermes which had an inefficient reputation. I’m bitterly disappointed. The product for which I paid has never reached me although it has been paid for . I’ve been tracking it daily and it’s now been returned to sender without any effort being made to deliver it to my address. There is always someone at home.

Order was sent to the wrong address, so they cancelled my order and refunded me instead of resending to the correct address. Disappointed

Prompt delivery BUT box was too small for the contents and so the packaging of the chocolate grater had been folded in half to get it in the box! Not good - especially as this is a Christmas present.
