“Dreadful, 2 damaged items with a refund refused. I was offered 20% back. I then sent them their own T&C's & they then offered a postage label to return for a refund,which I still waiting for. I'd say Do not buy.”

They came to drop of baskets when the company was closed for the weekend.

“I initially bought 4 300ml double walled glass cups, which were fine. I then purchased a further 7 cups. 3 of these had holes in the bottom and I requested replacements. Received replacements today and one of these had the same fault. Very disappointed and given my compaint I would have expected them to have been checked before being dispatched.”

“I haven’t received my order yet. Order placed on 02/06. Delivery was scheduled for 06/06, no updates received from the courier service, had to reach out to them to be told that the parcel was damaged beyond repair and it was my responsibility to sort it out with sender. No response from sender until 2 days ago. They said they will arrange a replacement order to deliver it next day, and no news on the order as well as the delivery yet. This was my first purchase from Eden & Willow, expected a decent product and customer service, but really disappointed. How can a seller not even think about placing a fragile sticker on a parcel that is full of glass items, and the response time is something they need to work on. I would like to review the product honestly, but I haven’t received the parcel.”

“Ordered 2 glass jars with bamboo lids. The courier left the package outside my front door rather than ring the bell for obvious reasons. As soon as I picked up the box I could hear the rattling glass inside - both turned up smashed to bits! When I opened the box I could see that the packaging was insufficient to protect items described as fragile and that was to travel on the inside of a courier's van.”
