“Ordered 2 glass jars with bamboo lids. The courier left the package outside my front door rather than ring the bell for obvious reasons. As soon as I picked up the box I could hear the rattling glass inside - both turned up smashed to bits! When I opened the box I could see that the packaging was insufficient to protect items described as fragile and that was to travel on the inside of a courier's van.”

“I do not know why you use Evri which used to be Hermes which had an inefficient reputation. I’m bitterly disappointed. The product for which I paid has never reached me although it has been paid for . I’ve been tracking it daily and it’s now been returned to sender without any effort being made to deliver it to my address. There is always someone at home.”
