“I ordered 4 glass bubble cups which arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately 2 of them cracked as soon as I put hot water in them. The other 2 are fine and actually I love them. I complained straight away and customer service were brilliant and responded quickly. I sent photos of the damaged items and they issued an immediate refund. Can’t say fairer than that. Just bad luck in this instance I think.”
