“I felt like these glasses were reasonably priced , quick delivery and are very nice quality. The only thing that could improve is having an indication on the glasses or even the packaging they come in wether they are dishwasher safe or not . Which I have no idea if they are .”

“Eden & Willow are very good and the products that we ordered were excellent and despatched promptly.
The one issue that we had was with their chosen delivery company - Evri.
They emailed to say that they would deliver on a specific date and then emailed again on that date to say that they wouldn't be delivering. There was no explanation.
They did deliver the product the next day. The packaging was very badly torn and looked as if it had been used for a kick around in one of the depots that Evri use. This despite the FRAGILE sticker that was clearly visible on the parcel. My suspicion is that the original delivery was delayed as the driver decided that he could not deliver the parcel in that condition and took it back to the depot to apply some additional stcking tape. Interestingly enough the photograph that he took the next day to demonstrate that the delivery had taken place positioned the parcel in such a manner that the damage was not visible. You may recall that Evri used to be called Hermes and that there was footage circulating showing how little regard their staff had for the parcels that they were supposed to deliver in good condition. My advice to Eden & Willow would be yo use Royal Mail who I find are a much better option and that cheapest is not always best if the goods are broken and have to be returned.”
