“This was my 3rd order from Eden and Willow and everything I've ordered has been excellent quality, in this order unfortunately 2 glasses arrived broken, I filled in the form on the website, within a couple of hours I had a positive response and within 2 days my replacement glasses arrived, excellent service”
“The double walled glass cups are ok except that the dimensions stated on the website were incorrect. They state the capacity is 300ml when in fact it only accommodates 225ml.
Had I known the correct dimensions I may have ordered the larger size which says 450 ml on the website, and I presume this would equate to a real capacity of 300ml.
The glass seems quite light and Inwoild have preferred a more heavier feel to the cup. But this was mentioned in more than one review, so it was to be expected.
Otherwise delivery and packaging were satisfactory and no damages.”
“The glasses are great design and good quality. I can see the join on the glasses but they are solid and have enjoyed using. The wine glasses were smaller than I would like but still lovely glassware”
