“Sadly having to write a negative review, contact 3 separate times and all three times no reply. Played for tracking delivery yo tracking provided. When product arrived looked the part wouldn't take a charge at all. Tried a couple of different chargers including one provided with device but no luck alto get device working. Not firing up at all. Reported it start of this week but still no reply.”

“Worst costumer service ever!! Don’t buy from them! I received a faulty items i wanted to contact them for a replacement or a refund, it’s been more than 15 days now no answer to calls or emails. Lost 30£ for this. Never gonna buy from them again”
