Sadly having to write a negative review, contact 3 separate times and all three times no reply. Played for tracking delivery yo tracking provided. When product arrived looked the part wouldn't take a charge at all. Tried a couple of different chargers including one provided with device but no luck alto get device working. Not firing up at all. Reported it start of this week but still no reply.
