Good Morning Wendy, I’m sorry to hear your order has not arrived, this is the first we are learning about it as unfortunately we don’t seem to have received any communications from yourself or a refund request as you mentioned. Dispatch Details: SHIPPED ON JAN 27, 2024 4:11PM TRACKING NUMBER 02118A3B01442EB9 I’m not sure what happened here but we will get your shipping costs refunded for you and if your order has not arrived by Monday then a full refund will be honoured.
