“Bought smooth tobacco concentrate,used in a 50/50 mix at 6% nicotine 72 mg in 100ml at 5%, steeped for 1 week & flavour is excellent, thoroughly enjoying this eliquid glad I bought 2 bottles & will be ordering more when these are drained, glad I took the chance when E-Liquids UK showed up in a Google search as other tobacco concentrates I tried from other vendors I found to be harsh on flavour & throat.”

“Hats off to the team and Antony. They noticed issue with an order I places which has a faulty device no fault of there own at all. Went out there way to contact me and get a working replacement sent out and even a discount code to use. Legends for this as wasn't a big order at all. The device is perfect for what I need, the terps come through great. Thanks again guys”

Good Afternoon Gareth, I’m really sorry to hear of this and thank yo for bringing it to our attention, I have just checked your Yodel Tracking and it says “Still with Sender" which is incorrect as its showing handed over on our side. I feel this is lost in the system or has missed an initial scan. On Monday we will have this entire order re-dispatched for you free of charge :) I will also remove Yodel as a delivery option for your account on our dispatch system and insure all future orders are sent with RM. “Sadly having to write a negative review, contact 3 separate times and all three times no reply. Played for tracking delivery yo tracking provided. When product arrived looked the part wouldn't take a charge at all. Tried a couple of different chargers including one provided with device but no luck alto get device working. Not firing up at all. Reported it start of this week but still no reply.”
