“Absolutely awful customer service! I’ve placed an order which hasn’t arrived. I’ve messaged 4 times and never had a response and no one ever answers phone calls. Terrible company! Do not use.”

“I placed two orders from this company only the second order arrived with 2 items missing they sent me a coupon through email which I thought was wrong it should be a refund!!!! One of the orders I had to fight for my money back because they didn't send it even though they said they had .it took me at least 3-4 weeks they don't answer any emails or phone calls.it kept saying it does not exist.so do not buy from this company at all stay clear from them .I am still out of pocket because I didn't get my refund for the two items that were out of stock .scammmmm.”
