I like the quality of paper but there were quite a few pages where the ink had imprinted on the next pages, as if they’ve been laid on top of each other when they weren’t fully dry. It wasn’t on the majority of the pages but shouldn’t be on any of them.

Quality of the product is brilliant. I ordered a few certificates for printing,.which I needed for my son's birthday party. I gave a three stars because I ordered a one week before a party and unfortunately, it arrived day after.

Hello and sorry to hear that your order arrived late. I can see that your order left us on the 30th November with your selected method of shipment as royal mail 1st class post. As mentioned at checkout there have been delays to royal mail deliveries due to the recent strikes. Very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We do offer courier services which may be a better alternative during royal mail strike days.

I've been using DoxZoo since 2019 for one of my small businesses and freelance design work. I've always been happy with my orders minus a couple which have had alignment problems, but Doxzoo has always been quick to fix. I recently placed an order for tracked 24, I received an email saying there was a technical issue and the order would be dispatched asap. Which is fine, these things happen. The order came 1 week late, mostly damaged, unaligned and in the wrong finish. Reached out via live chat (which took over an hour) and they were happy to fix (great). 4 days later no sign of the re-print, reached out again to be told another technical issue. So coming up on nearly 2 weeks since my order was placed and I'm still waiting. So frustrating as the print quality is great but I'm now nervous to place large orders as I don't have the time or patience to go through 100 plus every cards every time I order to make sure it is correct. That's the full point in having someone within the business to sign off on orders. Now on the lookout for another supplier as I'm beyond annoyed.

Hi Savannah, Thank you for your review. We do very much apologise for the issues you have received. We are looking into the technical problems with our production team for the delayed dispatch as well investigating the lateness of your reprint. The reprint has now re-dispatched and should be with you very soon if not already. Unfortunately Royal Mail have been striking recently and as a result their service is a lot slower and is running with delays. We do have notices about this on site and so always recommend using DPD for deliveries that are urgent. I had used Doxzoo a year or so ago---went well. Recently I had two orders with you. The second one was fine. The first, however, was a bit of a disaster. It was 'American dream'. I am sure that it was mainly my fault. I had not used you for a long time and got several things badly wrong. I left [Type text[ along the bottom of each page, thinking you would naturally get rid of this, but there it is, obviously spoiling the product. Also I could not get right the order of the first pages----to achieve a suitable cover then blank, to have half-title on correct page, to have title-page on the right, etc, etc, I got wrong. My fault no doubt, but I think the way you give instructions on this could be clearer----to move the document by a page would be useful at the beginning, for example. However, where I got these things right as I did with Burns note it was all fine. My fault, perhaps, but it was possible for me to make these mistakes which was disappointing. I suppose that balanced reviews are important - this is positive, but I had some issues. I ordered two copies of a paperback book. They arrived in good time and I was kept informed of progress. They were packaged well and clearly Doxzoo has high standards. Unfortunately the corner of one book was damaged (unsure how within the good packaging), but worse, both books' spines were not glued correctly. This meant that the pages were coming apart at the bottom. However, after a quick chat via the website, the order has been redone, with apologies. I am sure this is unusual for Doxzoo and I have no hesitation in using them again. What's clear is that they have excellent customer service.

I have been printing my photo diaries with DOXZOO for 5 years now (all using the same computer and software). Some years, the photos are beautifully printed, in others the photos are all too dark. Last year was good, this year they are too dark, so I am not as pleased as previously.

Order arrived with wavy pages as thought it had been wet. Spoke to someone on the online chat who said this was normal and to weigh it down flat for a few hours. It’s now been 4 days and it’s still wavy. Luckily this was just a test run to assess the quality so it was only 1 copy.

Great printing and very straight forward process, my only complaint would be choosing Tuesday delivery and actual arrival was Wednesday! Don’t rely on dates if on a deadline!

Front cover looks great but there are what look to be printing blemishes on the back cover which were not shown when I looked at the preview before ordering and they are very noticeable.

My B&W printed binder booklet contained 14 extra colour pages not belonging to my order. If this had been sent directly to my client it would have been very embarrassing. I let customer services know in the chat and they asked me to send photographs of it. I went through the extra hassle of doing this, and only got a short reply saying “ okay, not sure what has happened, we will have to investigate further. thank you for bringing this to our attention”. No apology. No offer to try them again with assurances that it was a one-off. It makes me want to try a different company next time.

Our white label service is specifically designed for customers who ship products directly to customers and these have all Doxzoo labelled inserts removed and extra checks are made as we know everything must be right. Very good qulaity. Packaging and delivered a day early as well, When opened the booklet noticed edge was not trimmed at all, creeping up 0.5 cm. It made the whole work /effort amateurish. Contact costomer service via chat and been told it was trimmed but creep is normal in this type of binding. Not very happy but left it there it was a very small order. No time to bother either.

Good but sometimes not great, had a few issues in the past with my artwork being off centred (I guess they’re trimmed to size?) rendering them unusable. Also corners have been bent from being sent it softback regular envelopes. Pricing can be odd sometimes too? One A4 sheet makes the postage £1.60 + £5 minimum order, then if I add a single A6 postcard postage shoots up to £4.60 + £5 which makes it extremely expensive for 2 pieces of paper. I wouldn’t use them for regular orders BUT when my order arrives and the images are centred the quality is always good.

I ordered 5 A5 to sell 5 prints. 3 of them came damaged. The printed is really good and the paper soft as described but the delivery service is poor. I’ll need to print them again

I haven't received the my order order despite paying for first class post. It was supposed to be received on 29/09 but as the time (02/10 19:00) of writing this review it hasn't arrived.

I didn’t get what I expected first time because I found a bit difficult the selection of the products. So first time I’ve got two products without the cover so I had to order them again. I also learned that I don’t have to pay delivery fees (which I did and I had to pay 8£, a bit expensive if I am honest)

It’s good enough, but when it arrived the binding was already coming loose. Still good enough for what I wanted after I corrected the binding. Hopefully it’ll last!

I like using doxzoo. There was some problem with the first few pages of my last proof and I wasn't able to get clarity from doxzoo as to what the problem was as my first proof had been correct in this regard. I was given a refund but was left concerned that my next proof might have the same error. I miss being able to talk to someone on the phone. Order no. DZ086294

Lovely quality printing, sadly my order has arrived damaged in transit. This is due to poor packaging, and no labelling to say its fragile. Doxzoo have then reprinted the job for free after I’ve supplied photos of the damage. Despite ordering a print job with holes punched, the job has arrived without the holes, which is a shame. In summary the printing quality is beautiful, but damaged in transit, and no holes punched.

Ordered 2 prints and they came with the opposite covers , the covers was on the wrong prints so they was printed incorrectly
