I suppose that balanced reviews are important - this is positive, but I had some issues. I ordered two copies of a paperback book. They arrived in good time and I was kept informed of progress. They were packaged well and clearly Doxzoo has high standards. Unfortunately the corner of one book was damaged (unsure how within the good packaging), but worse, both books' spines were not glued correctly. This meant that the pages were coming apart at the bottom. However, after a quick chat via the website, the order has been redone, with apologies. I am sure this is unusual for Doxzoo and I have no hesitation in using them again. What's clear is that they have excellent customer service.
