I have ordered 3 times from them I believe and 2 of 3 orders had issues. The first time, I accepted a reprint. Took forever to get done but fine. That was in December 2022. I placed another order April 2023 and wow were they terrible hardback notebooks. The soft touch lamination has a lot of downsides nowhere to be mentioned on their site. Then when you contact support they are rude and pretty unhelpful. It feels like they're blaming you for their poor quality product. I sent pics of the damage & received a response from an Ethan stating "We can offer a solution once we have a look at the 'damages' properly - So we're waiting for the rest of the evidence from you, as so far we can only see evidence of the scratch markings." As if evidence of the scratch markings was not enough lol? I guess that sending scratched up products is normal for them. I sent videos (of the exact same thing in the photos) and of course they couldn't deny the poor quality. I was asked if I wanted a credit or refund to which I responded refund because yeah, terrible service. But they didn't refund the full amount. Overall, I can't speak to the other products but stay away from soft touch laminate on anything. And if you have an issue, I'd just suggest filing a complaint with PayPal because the "customer service" is non-existent and the live chat isn't actually live.

When they leave us they are checked and are in a good condition and it's unfortunate that they have arrived with slight scratches. The products had small defects. The printing quality wasn't what I expected. The soft cover quality was poor. The hardcover was wrapped poorly.

I placed an order with them using monochrome screentones and they weren't able to print without heavy moire effect, after some back and forth with customer service, so I went with another company. That said they are a much cheaper option.

Hi Jenny, Thanks for the review. We are sorry to hear this. We did spend a lot of time investigating your artwork and issue with the studio team. Our team advised that if the resolution of the dots were much higher then this may lessen the effect or you could try reworking in a package like InDesign. Very inconsistent. Some orders perfect, some completely wrong. My last order has incorrect number of prints and some documents printed with pages in wrong order and and other strange mistakes. Would still use again because of the fair pricing but would expect a better quality checked product in future.

The first was our mistake and we immediately provided a reprint the same day as reported. On the second issue we did point out that the issue was down to your original artwork and this was clearly shown on the previewer. You mentioned that you had a disability and so were unable to use the previewer so we issued a refund as a gesture of good will

Be aware the use of DPD as a delivery partner is likely not to be appropriate for biz customers Attempts for delivery on weekends (when property not attended) will lead to parcels being returned Without notification of this fact by Doxzoo

Hello, I am sorry that DPD failed to deliver the parcel on time. It seems according to DPD that the rural nature of the address caused some issues and they had difficulty finding the address. We liaised with DPD and they have apologised and we also upgraded your delivery to a pre12. Great news that it arrived finally. Apologies for the delay

I paid extra to receive my delivery on Wednesday and I got it Thursday (not the reason I have penalised them with only 2 stars, I understand that Royal Mail is not under their control). However, when I received my order, it was the wrong one. I promptly let them know and I still have not received it, even though I needed it before the weekend and I was told it would be done on the same day...so I expected it at least on Saturday. Nope!

Hello and thank you for your message and sorry to hear that your order wasnt as expected. I can see that you reported an issue with your order where some pages had been reversed. We immediately reprinted the item for you and reshipped free of charge on the 8th by same carrier. We would always recommend using a tracked delivery service either royal mail 24, royal mail 48 or courier if your items are urgent in nature.

Every single print is a little damaged. There are white and yellow specks on the images.

Overall this was a disappointing experience as the document sent for printing was sent to me only half complete. Half the document was randomly not printed. There was the no email/telephone number readily available or commonly used system of communication in place to highlight the error rather- they have an online chat function that supplied erratic replies; one reply even coming in at midnight! The only saving grace was that this was eventually sorted after I was asked to supply proof of the error by way of photos and a video. No explanation was offered as to why it happened.

I am sorry about about the inconvenience caused. We make it clear that our primary method of contact is Livechat and average response time is less than 5 minutes during office hours. We do also provide an out of hours service to deal with questions in evenings and weekends and for our international clients but this can take a little longer. I was looking forward immensely to receiving my first printed musical score and parts from Doxzoo. The quality of printing and paper was superb but, clearly, I have a lot to learn in deciphering how the print previews will be interpreted in reality from this highly automated service. It is a pity there is no particular category for printed musical scores and parts, nor human invention in checking request for printing.

I ordered 5-6 different documents, and requested 3 copies of each just to be on the safe side. Unfortunately I received 4 copies of one document and only 1 copy of another one, it was quite disappointing, especially considering the price.

Sent only one of the prints out of two and didnt trim to the size that was specified. Really annoying. Was quick though.

- expected delivery is not correct, was estimated for Thursday, did not arrive yet (4 days after estimated arrival!) - dubious minimum fee of 5 GBP

i was unsatisfied with the service as almost half of the print outs looked different from the others, the cutting surface was different on almost all of them. i contacted customer service and got those pages redone. also all the print outs were with a grey square fading all over, i complained about it and was only told one of the machines had done this - with no compensation and was not even asked to have all my print outs redone because of the low quality ones i had with me...

Payed extra for the prints to be delivered by a certain date and they came a week later, when they did arrive the quality was awful, blurry and green marks on the pages which were not on the original files submitted I’m incredibly disappointed and don’t recommend using them

Unfortunately i did not check my order when it arrived properly and it was only later in the month when i set my 90 day goals planner up that i noticed my planner had been printed off in all the wrong order, making the planner useless. I was deeply disappointed that it had not been printed in the right order and Doxzoo only give you 10 days to contact them to sort out any errors and i was out of this timescale. Disappointed that i spent money on this order and what i have received is not fit for purpose.

I was very happy with the printing Doxzoo had done but despite having paid more for delivery by a certain date the dpd delivery man apparently sat outside my house and phoned me. As I could not take the call and did not know what it was concerning, instead of getting out of his car and knocking on the door, he just left. My delivery was therefore late and my books did not get to where they needed to by christmas. I suggest Doxzoo don't use DPD and I would appreciate my payment being returned.

Doxzoo hae done 3 hardbacked book jobs for me. The first 2 were excellent the last very poor. i ordered 5 copies of a 430 page book and on opening these 25% of the pages FELL OUT!!! The production team clearly did not examine the books before dispatch. I remain disappointed but also grateful to Lucy for her prompt and sympathetic repsonse to my complaints. Hence an overall poor rating. Never my a siscount on fiture orders...I think a discount on this one wolud have been good PR! Up to you, but whether I use Doxzoo for my 4th and final book is in the balance.

Hi Amanda, Thanks for your review and recent order. it is disappointing to receive this review from you today :( It's unfortunate that the documents did not match your expectations, as we do all we can to make the nature of the product clear to our customers. The booklet page explains that the item is saddle-stitched (with 2 staples down the spine) and we also provide product photos which make this clear. It is also a shame that you did not contact us prior to ordering to query the product type, as we would've happily provided advice in line with your requirements.
