Good printing was a bit skew but overall alright, delivery was 1 day late. But a very good website and user experience.

Regarding delivery, Royal Mail 1st Class dates are estimated only and it may take up to 5 days. The estimated nature of this service is stated throughout the website/checkout and on your order receipt and dispatch email. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please pick the courier delivery option instead. Not overly happy with quality of product and consequently value for money. Don't bother with paperback, it's easier to get similar product from basic copying shop. Went with online chat as recommended in order to express concerns, which was promptly responded to but unfortunately, because a photo of the product is available to be seen on their website, they believe I knew the product would be of the standard it is and wont refund. Won't use again. Real shame as product was to celebrate an accumulation of over a year's work.

We are sorry that the book was not as expected, however upon review of the photo provided, it has been printed in line with the product and spec ordered. We have printed thousands of paperback books for a wide selection of customers - from training manuals and novels to dissertations and lookbooks. All with a bookshop quality 350 gsm card cover. The nature of the product is made clear through the product spec details [click on the 'View Product Spec & Technical Details' panel on the paperback page to read "Cover 350 gsm card (soft cover)"], as well as via the numerous product photos. It is a shame that you did not contact us prior to ordering to discuss your potential spec, as we are available from 8:30 am - 5:30 am Monday to Friday to provide product advice via Live Chat. If you would prefer a hard cover, please pick the hardback option instead. Your covers will be printed on thick 2000 micron greyboard. When a spec or artwork error has occurred, we are happy to provide a reprint or refund. However due to the bespoke nature of the product we cannot provide a refund simply because the product is not as you expected it to be. Best of luck with your hand-in, Doxzoo Team

Delivery time for standard delivery is very long, so pay that little extra for quicker delivery! Value for money on printing is really good though!

Decent turnaround time and price and the finish of the booklet was good. Some fingerprint marks left on the cover however, and the trimming of the booklet was a bit rough as the top and bottom edges aren't smooth with creases along the long-side edge. Scratch marks also present on some of the inside pages which can be seen when reflected in light.

The printing was quite good and very swift but the template for uploading my book was basic and didn't allow for adjusting and moving pages around for this reason it is is unlikely I will use it again.

We used Doxzoo last year & were very pleased with the results. This year the cost had gone up a lot. The website didn't show A5 book printing, & the option I chose which I thought would be A5 turned out smaller. If there had been a page preview I could have corrected the pagination, but there wasn't. The cover looks great & the print quality is excellent, but it's disappointing to have pagination errors. Not sure we'll use them again.

Hi Ruth, Thanks for sharing your feedback. It's great to hear you're pleased with the cover and print quality, however we are very disappointed to receive this review following our chat yesterday. 1. A5 is always available for paperback books, however you chose the 'Small Novel 5 x 7 inch' option during the configuration stage. This size selection was clearly stated on the configure/preview page, basket page, order summary (before payment) and subsequently on your order receipt/email after payment. As per our terms and disclaimer (that is ticked during checkout), we do advise that all customers check their specification thoroughly, as Doxzoo cannot be held responsible for incorrect customer choices. For reference, the disclaimer states: "I understand that my order will be printed in line with the document preview and configuration options summarised above. I have entered the correct delivery and contact details." Our website provides several opportunities to return to the configuration stage prior to payment, allowing you to amend the spec as required when an incorrect selection is spotted. For the benefit of registered customers such as yourself, we also provide a 60 minute order editing window, enabling you to amend the order even when it has already been placed. It is unfortunate that these opportunities were not taken to rectify the incorrect size selection. 2. A full book preview is shown during the configuration stage. The Document Previewer allows you to flick through the pages and ensure the page order and margins etc. are correct. It is a shame that you did not contact us whilst or after ordering, as we would've happily assisted if you experienced any issues at this stage of the process. It is not advisable to proceed with an order without previewing it or contacting us directly to advise of any issues prior to making payment. If you do decide to order in future, please contact us prior to payment as we will be happy to double check your spec and prevent these issues from arising. Website was easy to navigate and there were lots of good options avaliable. The item was printed promptly and arrived in good time. I was quite disappointed with the print quality or the photographs I submitted.

Pretty good, very affordable! First few pages of the 16 or so I had printed were slightly misaligned but majority were perfect.

Customer service was very good and they fixed issues quickly via live chat. Print quality was good, but trimming and binding quality was not. Despite their specified 3mm bleed, some pages still had white on the edges and it was not bound centrally, so colour from the other side of the fold can be seen much later in the book. Overall, quality was very good for the price, but I will shop elsewhere if I ever need perfection. Process and website were easy to use and instructions/limitations were made clear.

The printing quality could have been better on some of the images.some pages looked like it had streaks of the ink.

Printing was fine however the back cover was expected to be opaque. in fact it was see through which was surprising based on my selection. also the courier on the first day made very little effort to connect with me. i had my phone and the package could easily have been left at wework reception. other that this i would have selected v good

it was good quality printing but i went to get it bound at the local printers and they had to give the pages an extra trim as they were all a bit off.

Printing was good. However It was done double sided which on occasions did not match the next document. Also delivery of the documents took ages to arrive.

I had a hard time uploading a pdf that the online software would both recognise as A5 and wouldn't place some of my contents into the red cropping areas. Other than that, the ordering process was quite nice and I enjoyed seeing how everything would look in a digital version. I feel the service is good value for money, but the actual binding was 3/5 at best - there was excess glue in several places throughout.

On the final paper, it looked as if the paper has been used previously for printer error report and then turned around and used again. So whilst the front was fine, the back pertained an error report. It was only 2/3 lines long however it shouldn't have been part of the print. I needed to send the document off straight away so had no choice to but to accept the mistake and thus why I didn't take a photo. Otherwise, the quality of the paper and print was very good.

The quality, look and feel of the document were very good. However, I ordered 2 in terms of quantity and the '2' arrived bound as 1 document instead of 2 separate which meant I had to spend time I didn't have separating them.

As you ordered with 2 day production, a premium was applied. As 5 day production is free, we recommend this as a budget option. We are also pleased to offer free UK courier delivery for orders over £25, so it can be more cost-effective to place a larger order vs. several smaller ones via Royal Mail.
