I ordered about 10 sheets of A4 80msg and the sheets were delivered bent. But the documents arrived on time.

When my prints arrived they were damp and warped, not sure if that’s Doxzoo’s fault or the delivery company but considering I paid so much for shipping this was disappointing. Prints were also dark and not very glossy but they arrived quickly. Wouldn’t recommend for portfolio printing.

Paid £30 delivery to come Saturday and it didn't arrive. Arrived Monday rather, so lost two days.

We are sorry to hear that the order did not arrive on Saturday, however your chosen delivery service (Royal Mail 1st Class) provided an estimated delivery date only. The estimated nature of this service is stated throughout checkout and on your order confirmation and dispatch emails. We do also advise that customers with urgent deadlines opt for the courier delivery option. Standard UK weekday courier delivery is free on all orders over £25, so you qualified for this. It is therefore unfortunate that you switched to Royal Mail 1st Class despite the disclaimer. Regarding price, the £27.56 paid was not for delivery, it was for same day production only (50% of the product total value). Delivery was free. To save costs on your printing in future, we recommend the free 5 day production time option. Coupled with free UK courier delivery over £25, this presents the best value option. the paper pretty sure the paper is not of the area density i ordered. second times this happened. other than that ok.

The print quality was really good and there was fast delivery, however one of my booklets had a bent page where it was slid into the packaging.

The print was an accurate copy of the design submitted which I could have improved on but due to the holiday period did not have time to do. I was pleased to receive my order in good time.

Great printing service but it takes forever to create a cover for a ring binder and insert all the section tabs. I’d give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the software continually crashing and being so slow, despite a high speed internet connection.

The quality of the book print could be improved. The binding was not very accurate, the cover showed some minor damges. Overall the print quality was very good, but the binding lacked precision.

I'm mostly satisfied with my order. And, it was good to be able to see how it will be printed before I order. The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was that all of my books came with plenty of marks inside. Apart from that, the service was quite decent.

I was overall please with my order. I would order again. However, there was a few issues, the last page, before the hard cover and clear plastic, was damaged on two of the books I ordered. Also, shipment of the items caused damage to the tabs/dividers I added into my books.

I have just received my first order from Doxzoo. The print quality is ok, although a few prints have blemishes which wouldn’t be acceptable for my clients. I personally think the packaging needs to be revisited as my package arrived with a ripped envelope and there was internal packaging (cellophane cover etc) on the prints, thankfully it wasn’t raining!

Bad: Doxzoo sent me somebody else’s order not mine Good: they immediately sorted problem out, reprinted my order, sent it by courier and refunded my payment. Brilliant recovery from unfortunate mistake

Prompt response, competitively priced and quality was fine but part of the order was incorrect - received 4 x A3 monochrome instead of 8 x A3 colour.

Please give the option to have a non-cardboard backed envelope. Do Not Bend envelopes do not fit through letterboxes and are less likely to be delivered. I don't want to have to go the post sorting centre to pick it up.

Based on experience and customer feedback, where applicable (depending on order size/weight) we used card backed envelopes to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
