“The online service is great, but the print was just average. The quality of the image was fine but the booklet was very loosely stapled and was even cute straight so images that were full spread weren't inline. Bit disappointed with it.”

“Order got caught in their email system which meant that it wasn’t processed the same day, however I was upgraded to Saturday delivery for free as it was an urgent deadline and no fault of mine.”

“Competitive price, quick reaction time form the service team (Lucy), customer-friendly. On the downside: Colours appear too dark, some pages have been cut off the wrong way (colour stripe of the next page included), print quality could be better”

“Annoying that it reset to A4 for printing size after I changed it to A5. Makes it very expensive to now get what I wanted so not sure if I'll order again as I've already wasted all that money. Quality looks good though just a shame.”

“Hi, regarding my order, The binding and everything generally came out very good and was impressed with the paper quality and finishing. However, the graphics were very pixelated. Its fine(ish) for now as I its just a first draft, but I would like to avoid these quality issues in the future - For instances many of the cities on my map were illegible.”

“I placed an order for 12 A5 booklets in colours plus saddle stitch binding on Wednesday 10/01 with delivery date two days later. We got our order in time, the print is good, however the binding quality is quite poor, in some booklets the staples are not aligned into the central fold and there are some loose pages which the staples are not able to keep them inside the booklet. I understand that the time was quite strict and the order was pretty urgent, but I expected a better production quality.”

Your order was added as a manual order on 14th December, however due to a system error it was not pushed through to production until 29th December. This has been flagged with our Production Manager. “I ordered some pictures to be printed for a portfolio. On the preview before I confirmed my order, the pictures were all portrait on the paper. When they arrived, they were all printed portrait, which made all the images smaller than they needed to be. The first time I ordered, it worked fine, but this time was slightly disappointing”

“It was very easy to do at a very reasonable price. However the photos printed quite a bit darker than they have when printed elsewhere so was not so pleased about that.”
